The thesis processes problems of sales and services of IT (information technologies) products. It analyses current customers, services, which are provided for them, communication and sale of new products. How satisfied are current customers, where are deficiencies and those deficiencies minimize or absolutely remove. With help of structured questionnaire and other analytical methods to improve satisfaction of current and future customers with sales and services of products. The results of thesis are proposals for the improvement of global marketing policy of the firm.
Business Plan - The Realization of Men's Barbershop

The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a real and functional business plan to be used for the realization and following operation of a concrete men’s barbershop, being designed in three possible scenarios – pessimistic, realistic and optimistic. The thesis is divided into two major parts – theoretical and practical one. The first one explains basic terminology and methods related to the topic, which are essential for understanding of the investigated issue. Practical part of the thesis covers current market environment including also application of a questionnaire research, whose outcomes are used for further economic calculations and consequential definition of the provided service itself. Following part involves economic evaluation of investments, and recommendations whether the business plan is worth its realization, or not.

Financial planning and valuation of the investment into gasifier power plant

This diploma thesis based on a result of the European Union's intention to increase the share of electricity produced from renewable energy sources in the total production, Slovak Republic currently subsidises building gasifier power plants (high efficiency combined production) to produce electricity and thermal energy from the biomass. Therefore, this thesis aims to build a financial plan of gasifier, which will be used for the evaluation of the investment from the point of view of an investor. Valuation depends mainly on the economic benefits of the project with regards to the assessment of business environment. The work contains a sensitivity analysis to determine what impact on the value of the cash flows will make a percentage change in one variable.
