Vyhodnocení vlivu orby a hloubkového kypření na strukturu porostu a výnos zrna pšenice
Pokorný, Vít
This thesis deals with the effect of plowing and subsoiling on the structure of the spring wheat crop and the quality of spring wheat grain, as well as the effect of these two technologies on soil compaction. The literature review briefly describes basic information about soil and soil compaction, as well as necessary information about the plow and subsoiler and necessary information about spring wheat. In the practical part of this thesis, undisturbed soil samples were taken and evaluated, and the penetrometric resistance of the soil was measured, before and after tillage using the monitored technologies. Compaction has not been found. However, it was confirmed that subsoiling has a positive effect on the soil physical properties, despite the fact that there was no improvement in pentrometric resistance and soil moisture. Furthermore, the condition and structure of the spring wheat crop were evaluated, the results showed that at first plowing was better but before harvest subsoiling showed better plant density, and finally the yield and quality of the wheat grain were evaluated and compared. Plowing also came out better from this, despite the fact that subsoilling achieved a better number of plants and ears per m2. The field experiment took place in Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou in the local part of Vacenovice.
Vliv různého způsobu zpracování půdy na obsah vody v půdě
Mazel, Petr
The thesis deals with the effect of different tillage on the water content in the soil. The theoretical part is devoted to soil, soil properties, characteristics of soil tillage and the effects of soil tillage on soil properties. Monitoring of the effects of tillage on soil moisture was carried out in plot experiments at the Žabčice Field Experiment Station of the Mendel University in Brno. The experiment took place in 2022 and 3 tillage variants were monitored (traditional tillage, minimization tillage and no-tillage). For the assessment of soil moisture were determined: mass moisture, volume moisture, relative humidity and soil absorbency. Soil samples were taken on plots with winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) at three depths (0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-30 cm). For mass moisture was statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) demonstrated between tillage variants, and the highest moisture was achieved with traditional tillage of 17.11%. For volume moisture were not found statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) between the tillage variants. For relative humidity were statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) achieved between treatment variants with the highest value in the no-till variant of 53.03%. A statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) was found for soil absorbency between traditional and minimization tillage, and the highest absorbency was achieved after traditional tillage of 38.75%.

The diploma thesis deals with soil treatment procedures and contains individual options and describes their advantages and disadvantages. It focuses on two technologies, which are compared in terms of fuel consumption, the time required to perform work operations and the condition of the crop. This is a follow-up to a previous bachelor's thesis on the same topic. The results of both experiments and annotated aspects that influenced the experiments are described.
Porovnání orebného a bezorebného zpracování půdy
BARTOŠ, Jiří
The bachelor's thesis deals with the most commonly used tillage technologies today and the impact on soil compaction. It also focuses on measures against unwanted compaction and its subsequent removal. Describes basic work operations such as plowing and loosening the soil. The bachelor's thesis describes the principle on which plowing works, basic types and distribution of plows, possible equipment of plows and according to which plowing can be divided. Furthermore, the methods of plowing, on different types of land, under conditions. Last but not least, the advantages and disadvantages of the most common tillage are listed here. Furthermore, the loosening technology, the machines with which the soil can be worked and the advantages and disadvantages of the tillage technology without plowing bring here. The experiment performed for the purpose of the bachelor's thesis is focused on the comparison of plowing and no-till technology of soil processing from an economic point of view and within the possibilities of verifying the impact on soil condition, stand condition, harvest and environment.
Effect of different soil preparation on yield parameters of winter oilseed rape
TOMÁŠEK, Václav
This thesis deals with the issue of growing oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) with using various technology of tillage. It is divided into two main parts. The first part includes literary overview witch deals with basic information about oilseed rape ant than with overview about technology of tillage. The main part of thesis is evaluation result of two years small-plot experiment from 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. This experiment was founded on the lands of Agricultural Farm VETO s. r. o. in the village Veselíčko near the city Písek. To the experiment was integrate four varieties. It was Mazari CS, Atora, PT234 and PX113. Each variety was sown in three kinf od variants of tillage. Variant with shallow tilage, variant with plowing and variant with deep tillage. All sown variant were repeated in four times. In the experiment was monitored influence of tillage to rapeseed yield, and also some yield elements like weight of thousand seeds, percentage of oil, number of fplants per square meter and number of pods per plant and root neck thickness. Higher yields were achived in 2018 when the average yield of all lands was 5,63 t/ha which in 2019 dropped to 3,80 t/ha. Influence of tillage on seed yield was worse in 2019 because this year had less precipitation. In this year was the best option with deep tillage. In conclusion, we can say deep tillage has positive effect, especially in drier years.
Porovnání orebného a bezorebného zpracování půdy na základě ekonomických ukazatelů

Porovnání orebné a bezorebné technologie zpracování půdy z hlediska jejího zhutnění
MACH, Václav
The bachelor thesis focuses on technologies of soil cultivation which are nowadays most frequently used in our country and what is their influence in soil compaction. It describes reasons of the origins of soil compaction, impacts of the compaction and the effect of compaction on soil as a unit. It also focuses on procedure? against unwanted compaction or its following elimination. Subsequently, the thesis describes basic work operations which are plowing and aeration. There are details of the principle how the plough works, basic types of ploughs and the way how we can divide plowing. There are also methods of plowing which are applied in different conditions on land. Last but not least, the thesis points out advantages and disadvantages of this most common soil cultivation. It deals with technologies of aeration as well as it deals with machines which are able to cultivate soil or with technologies of soil cultivation and their advantages and disadvantages in work without a plough. The field experiment which has been done for drawing up of this bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of ploughing and non-ploughing technologies of soil cultivation in a way of its compaction. There is evaluation of the penetrometric resistance, of the achieved depth in measurement and the soil moisture. These values have been measured on a field which was divided according to the technology of soil cultivation. The first part was done conventionally with the plough and in the second part the plough was replaced with the aeration. The results of the measurement were then compared with the whole soil profile of the measurement, then in the depth of 20 cm and finally with rest the horizon of measurement. Values and comparisons of the individual measurements are for better illustration noted in tables and marked on graph.
