The culture and art in the Pavlovian period

1 Abstract: This bachelor's thesis proposes a holistic description of the culture and art in the Pavlovian period. The first part focuses on the first men and cultures in Europe while taking into account the natural conditions these people had to face and the advanced technologies they used. The second part deals with different types of settlements, their structure and the history of research on the subject. As for the third and the last part, it engages in a reconstruction of possible symbolic manifestations of the then culture and describes the Pavlovian art with the help of particular art artefacts. The thesis is supplemented with annexed pictures.

(ABSTRACT) Bachelor thesis is an approach to origins of art in the Paleolithic period, indicating in direct relation to the formation of stony artefacts. It emphasizes the fundamental aspects of the creative utilization of preconceptions and form Association, which explores and demonstrates using examples of artifacts created in South Moravia in the middle phase of the Upper Paleolithic. Their meaning is also in the speeches and concepts of modern art, by means of them finds a possibility to use in teaching art education.
