Criteria for evaluation and selection of projects under the RDP in South Bohemia

The aim of this study was the analysis and subsequent evaluation of the current system of evaluating applications for grants under the Rural Development Program, specifically Axis IV. LEADER. In parallel with this work is to describe the administrative process of applying for grants, strategic plan LEADER and scope of activities of the Local Action Group. The result of a design of 3 new evaluation criteria, which, when implemented, eliminate the analysis of the shortcomings currently complying with the principles of EU regional policy.

Local Action Groups in the new Programming Period

Objective of this work is based on practical experience and theoretical knowledge, divided local action groups according to type and to evaluate their approach to the development of the interest area. Evaluation will be based on the effectiveness of economic organization and access to the control method leader.
