Production of the distributor by non-convential forming technology
Blažek, Matěj ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Jopek, Miroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the possibility of manufacturing a distributor body used for distribution of heat-bearing medium in underfloor heating. For the part, due to the series of 100 000 pieces·year-1, the technology of high-pressure hydrofroming without active action of axial presses is chosen. The original solution with a forming pressure of 58,5 MPa did not lead to success and an optimization was necessary, where the pressure was increased to 158,5 MPa, which also did not lead to success. This was followed by a further optimization consisting of hot forming at 700 °C and a pressure of 158,5 MPa, again with no successful solution. The last possible treatment option of changing the material to 11 321 steel and pressure 134,2 MPa was not successful and the high pressure hydrofroming method with passive action of axial dies is not recommended for industrial practice. The final step was an economic evaluation, where the price per piece was determined to be 133,3 CZK with a 20% margin. Considering that the product is suitable the profit will start to be generated after the production of 140 460 pieces.

Štancl, Jiří ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
The project in this bachelor thesis solves a proposal of design technology production of extract from deep sheet iron 17240, thickness of 2 mm. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the deep drawing, calculation and production of 40 000 pieces a year, was designed hydromecanical deep drawing. Drawing tool is fixed in hydromechanical press EMU 4000 by AP & T company. This press reaches nominal force of 4000 kN. Drawing punch is produced from instrumental steel 19 436, heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
Importance of Upsetting Test for Numerical Simulation of Forming Processes
Tinka, Petr ; Dohnal, Ivo (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals primarily with the creation of a material model for numerical simulation using an upsetting test for steel 17 240, a layer of Delta 144 was applied on the steel. From the obtained values of force and path, a material model was created which serves for characterization material for numerical simulation. The simulation was performed in ANSYS Workbench 19.0. From this, force and path are obtained, which is used to compare with the upsetting test. It is clear from the comparison that the values do not differ too much, and it is possible to use this material for numerical simulation.
Design of tool for drawing of wire
Kryštof, Marek ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
This thesis submits design of tool for drawing wire. The wire is using like a semi-finished product for production of steel abrasive brush. Based on a literary study and calculations, the drawing tools were designed according to the attached documentation. The starting blank for drawing was chosen stainless steel wire made of 1.4301 steel (ČSN 17 240) with a diameter of 1.2 millimeters. The production procedure is designed for the KOCH KTZ II/17 towing machine. The wire is drawn in seventeen operations.
Production of cooling cabinet
Halabrín, Marek ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The thesis deals with presenting an assembly proposal of a cooling cabinet. The cooling cabinet is made from an austenitic steel plate of the ČSN 17 240 grade with a thickness of 1.5 millimetres. The assembly proposal is composed according to the design documentation. The number of the assembled pieces is 200. The manufacturing shall be made with the use of bending and punching. These manufacturing techniques form a part of this thesis. Finn power C5 with a nominal force of 300 kN and Trubend 5170 with a nominal force of 1700kN are the machines chosen for the manufacturing process. These are standardized machines made from a quenched steel and a steel of the 42CrMo4 type. A technological-economic evaluation comparing expenses of the manufacturing also forms a part of the thesis as well.
The Tool for a Radial Expanding of Tubes by Liquid
Horák, Michal ; Lidmila, Zdeněk (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The submitted diploma thesis is focused on problematic of a radial expanding of tubes. In the first part of thesis, there is a summary of possible theoretical formulas for determining the stress-strain material parameters for biaxial bulging test of tube by liquid. Also there are showed several options for testing tools used in research abroad. The work also contains technological and control calculations for the selected test sample from the tube of steel 17 240 (1.4301). At the end of thesis, there are key points for tool design and there is also presented the proposed the test tool for a radial expanding of test sample of tube to the free space and with firmly fixed the ends of tube in the tool.
Numerical simulation of a tube flaring under dynamic conditions
Hlavačka, Daniel ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The thesis builds on the project FSI-S-14-2394, in which the biaxial state of tension of longitudinally welded tubes made from material 17 240 was investigated. The experiment was carried out under dynamic conditions on an impact tester, which was designed with structural simplicity and ease of observation of the experiment in mind. Deformation was recorded by high-speed cameras and a dynamometer. Results of the experiment were processed by measuring devices and subsequently used in a simulation created using a software utilizing the finite element method. Simulations were created for samples DA8 and DB9. These samples were selected because they did not crack and were fully stamped. Results of the simulation correspond to the values measured by high-speed cameras and a dynamometer with a small variance. Based on comparison of the results, it can be states that the simulation is technically acceptable.
Production of uncapping tray
Čudová, Monika ; Dvořák, Milan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The project elaborated design of technology production of the extract - tray made of stainless steel 17 240. Based on literary study of deep drawing together with calculations, was designed drawing in instrument with holder. The drawing instrument make use of standardised components and it is solving forms to make up stand fitting to hydraulic press CYS 320, with nominal tensile force 3200 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from high alloyed steel 19 573 heat-worked according to drawing documentation.
Manufacturing of cylinder holder by fineblanking technology
Piterka, Miloslav ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The thesis is focused on production of a cylinder holder, which has been made from stainless steel 17 240. The product is 6 mm thick and there are 200 000 pieces produced per a year. After analysis of manufacturing technology there has been selected fine-blanking technology with v-ring for production of these components. For this reason there has been developed a study. Then there have been evaluated the technological and control parameters of the components. There has been selected the single row arrangement on the sheet of tin and chosen a stock of blank metal sheet for manufacturing with strict measurements (8 x 1 000 x 2 000) mm. There has been made the suggestion of design of a cutting tool. Hydraulic press Feintool HFA 8800plus has been selected for the final production. Eventually there has been evaluated the economics of production of fine-blanking with v-ring due to break even point.
Manufacturing of wall clamp
Kourek, Lukáš ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The project which was work out in bachelor thesis is setting up a production for an wall clamp. Component is made from corrosion resistant steel plate 17 240 thickness 0,7 mm in form of roll. Produce´s series is determined in 500 000 pieces/ year. Based on the literature study was chosen optimal production technology of cutting and bending. Technological and structural computation were accomplished for these technologies, owing to them was projected combined follow-on tool. Eccentric press LEXN 100 C, which reaches expressed force, was chosen by needful size of total forming force 1000 kN.
