Equally thoroughly pay thesis attention to the monastery in Praha 6 - Řepy, which was also founded by the Congregation and where used to be an orphanage, a prison for women and an institute for oligofrenics. Vividly portrayed are the activities of the Congregation during the Second World War and its destiny after the communist takeover in 1948. For completeness is also mentioned history after the 1989 and current activities of nuns in the Czech Republic. At the end of the paper is described the functioning of the nursing school run by the Congregation during the time period from 1939 to1952. For better context is this chapter preceded by a description of the history of nursing education in the Czech from the 19th to mid-20th century.
