Advanced Methods of Circuits Theory Educations
Vyroubalová, Ivana ; Šátek, Václav (referee) ; Kunovský, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis is about design and implementation of an e-learning system to help the students in daily course of Circuits Theory. This system works with different requirements based on special rights for appropriate user-groups. Implementation of the system requires support the specific mathematical formulas, creation of study materials and functions for testing knowledges in Circuits Theory and in Safety work on electrical devices. The system is implemented using XHTML and PHP, the design using cascade style sheets CSS. The educational material is created in XML, MathML and XSL languages and tests are saved in a database. The database is designed using the UML language and implemented in MySQL database system. This system is a part of diploma thesis.
Mathematical Texts on the Web
Lepier, Tomáš ; Procházka, Josef (advisor) ; Štípek, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with methods of embedding mathematical expressions into the web page, maps the available tools and methods for embedding these expressions and evaluates them according to the chosen criteria. The thesis also includes an insight into the history of related key technologies. Finally, it recommends suitable methods for practice.

Inserting mathematical expressions into web pages
Šímová, Hana ; Kosek, Jiří (advisor) ; Sklenák, Vilém (referee)
This paper explores the current state of display of mathematical expressions on web pages. Identifies the languages that can be used to display mathematical expressions on webpages. The goal is to find out the ways in which mathematical expressions can be entered on the web. It also deals with the identification of advantages and disadvantages of individual insertion methods and individual languages. The thesis deals with the comparison of individual ways from the point of view of load speed, rendering appearance and usability when transferring to an environment other than web site. It also deals with inserting math into web pages for users who do not have knowledge of any of the languages.
Elaboration of physics electronics course
BARTKO, Ladislav
The presented work deals with the issue of publishing mathematical notation on the World Wide Web. It focuses on the Mathematical Markup Language MathML 2.0 that enables mathematical notation and texts to be served on the web. The introduction includes its history and requirements for mathematics Markup in general. Further it describes its parts and functioning principles. Finally, it presents implementation methods. A practical part of the work is an elaboration of Theoretical mechanics course and making a web site.
