Differences in Motivation of Workers of Different Ages in a selected Organization

The bachelor thesis is focused on work motivation and its differences by age categories. Secondary objectives are: determine the age structure of workers, describe and analyze the motivation structure of the various age categories, to plan and structure the motivation system for management. There are explained basic concepts, which are related with motivation, theories of motivation and sorting age groups in the theoretical part. Mentioned concepts were necessary to write out the practical part and survey research also helped me to complete the process. I evaluated and interpreted the obtained data from survey research by descriptive statistics in the practical process. The obtained results from the survey research were compared with theory knowledge. I then completed the recommendations of the motivation system from the findings of my research.
Building personal relations with customers of Finder Ltd.

The thesis pursues issues of building relations with customers of the company Finder Ltd. especially personal relations in terms of business contact. The whole idea is based on Maslow's theory of needs. Basic idea of the system is to build a stable relationship with customer not only on business basis, but on personal and friendly basis in particular. The aim of the thesis is to introduce and briefly describe a theoretical fundament from which the employees of Finder Ltd. should take an inspiration and base their relation building on that. Another part of the aim is to focus on a specific analyse of the current relations which will be based on consultations with business managers of the company. Finally I seek to introduce a proposal for more efficient building of the relations which will be following the previously mentioned analysis of relations and skills of the managers. Also I seek to propose and describe a system of buidling, improving and keeping personal relations including reccomendation for implementation into practice.
