Company Euresis s. r. o. – possibilities of marketing focus

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the marketing focus of the gastroenterology healthcare facility. Marketing terminology, which is unique for healthcare industry, is characterized in the theoretical part of this thesis. In the practical part of the thesis selected company is presented together with the evaluation of its current marketing focus. The information mentioned in this part were primarily obtained from expert interviews with the owner of the company and their analyze. Subsequently, the patient satisfaction survey is evaluated. Appropriate recommendations for improvement of the marketing activities of the healthcare facility are presented at the end of the thesis.
Marketing orientation of the further development of bakery

Nowadays marketing has an irreplaceable role in building successful business. Ability to know your customer is crucial factor in the fight against competition and in order to obtain the required position on the market. The topic of this thesis is devoted to the marketing orientation of the further development of a small firm which on an example of specific company demonstrates a possible approach to marketing strategy. The introductory part is devoted to theoretical baseline of marketing strategy, which is subsequently applied in the second part on a small bakery, which seeks to obtain better a market position and strengthen the loyalty of its customers. The main focus of the work thus lies in the questionnaire, focused on awareness and customer satisfaction with products and services of the company. Based on the research results in the end there are listed certain recommendations towards achieving the desired state.
