BitTorrent Tracker-Less Peer Monitoring

The goal of this thesis is to effectively monitor peers within BitTorrent network. This research is based on distributed hash tables, specifically MLDHT. In the last decade, focus has also been on efficiency of monitoring within network. Existing algorithms do not provide actual efficiency therefore it is recommended to introduce an estimate accuracy using Bernoulli process. The goal of monitoring is to ensure the highest success of peer search. The work focuses on designing and implementing Bernoulli process model. The measurements show that, the in-depth search (LIFO) is better in the short run. The work focuses on the efficiency of time monitoring, estimation of the peer search error and efficiency using the modeled Bernoulli process. Result of this work is the recommended monitoring time with high efficiency.

Determination methods of valuation of corporate assets

Bachelor thesis deals with the comparison method of valuation of property (assets) of a company.
The theoretical part defines the property of a company and its possible methods of valuation. There are also listed the basic principles and bases used in the valuation of property and described regulations that deals with valuation in the Czech Republic.
Practical part compares valuation using method FIFO, LIFO, method of weighted arithmetic average and method of fixed cost price and valuation of deviations.
The results of each technique of valuation are represented by graphs that are accompanied by commentary. Theoretical findings and obtained results are summarized in conclusion of thesis.

Práce zaměřena na problematiku účtování a oceňování zásob. Vysvětleny druhy a základní pojmy zásob. Charakteristika způsobů účtování zásob, průběžný a periodický. Objasněny techniky oceňování zásob, pořizovací cena, reprodukční pořizovací cena, vlastní náklady, LIFO, FIFO, vážený aritmetický průměr, pevné ceny s odchylkami. Popsány zvláštní případy účtování zásob: reklamace, nevyfakturované zásilky, zásoby na cestě, zásoby v celních skladech. Charakteristika inventur a inventarizací, postupy účtování inventarizačních rozdílů. Výskyt položek zásob v účetních výkazech a jejich použití při výpočtech ekonomických ukazatelů.
