Bakalářské práce se zabývá porovnáním metod oceňování majetku (aktiv) v podniku. V teoretické části je definován majetek podniku a jeho možné způsoby ocenění. Zároveň jsou zde uvedeny základní principy a báze používané při oceňování majetku a vypsány právní předpisy, které oceňování v České republice upravují. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním oceňování nakoupených zásob pomocí metody FIFO, LIFO, metody váženého aritmetického průměru a pevné skladové ceny a oceňovacích odchylek. Výsledky jednotlivých technik oceňování jsou zobrazeny v přehledných grafech a opatřené komentáři. Teoretické poznatky a zjištěné výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce. Bachelor thesis deals with the comparison method of valuation of property (assets) of a company. The theoretical part defines the property of a company and its possible methods of valuation. There are also listed the basic principles and bases used in the valuation of property and described regulations that deals with valuation in the Czech Republic. Practical part compares valuation using method FIFO, LIFO, method of weighted arithmetic average and method of fixed cost price and valuation of deviations. The results of each technique of valuation are represented by graphs that are accompanied by commentary. Theoretical findings and obtained results are summarized in conclusion of thesis.
