Marketing strategy of selected company

The thesis is focused on evaluation of marketing strategy of a selected company focusing on NINJAGO brand on Czech market. Thesis is divided into two chapters. First chapter includes theoretical part and describes strategic planning process and product management. Theoretical part starts from situation analysis, following with outputs from situational analysis, marketing objectives, strategies towards customer and competition. Following with marketing mix, action plan, monitoring and evaluation. Second chapter covers practical part, where strategy is analysed in same steps as in the theoretical part. Obtained information and recommendations are summarized in final part of second chapter.
Investing in LEGO sets

This Bachelor thesis indetifies LEGO sets as an opportunity for investment and determines sets as alternative assets. The thesis is divided into five chapters. First defines alternative assets and investing in them. Second describes the history of the LEGO Company and their products. Third one describes ways of investing in LEGO sets and defines markets, where LEGO is traded. Fourth part describes factors which influence the value of LEGO sets. Last, fifth, part analyses return on investment and compound annual growth rate.
ZigBee Module for Logo MindStorm Platform

The goal of this thesis is extending Lego Mindstorm platform with ZigBee modul. This extension will enable remote control of robots motors. Further is comparsion between designed solution and already embeded Bluetooth. It is preceded by analysis of communication requirements and protokol designing. Further is evaluation of NXT Brics predefined communication abilities and ZigBee modules capabilities.
Marketing Research on the Exaple of LEGO Korea

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of marketing research in the theoretical level, as well as in practice, using the example of the LEGO Company. The target is to confirm that commonly available theory and described methodology of marketing research in marketing publications, analyzed in the first part of my work, finds its application in the real life of a prospering international company with global impact. After a brief introduction of the company and explaining the specifics of the category of toys on the Korean market, this work puts emphasis in its analytical part on describing specific used methodology for the given research and analyzes concrete results. The final part contains my recommendations for usage of gained findings from the data collection for the adjustment of strategy of LEGO in South Korea for the coming period and thinks about the beneficial effect of the employed research.

Customer care in the company LEGO trading

This diploma thesis focuses on the area of customer care in the company LEGO Group Czech republic, especially concentrates on the recruitment of the customers and also on the increase of the frequency of customers. The theoretical part focuses on definition of the marketing mix, customer and their shopping behaviour, furthermore the thesis introduces the description and trends concerning the competition on the market. First sections of analytical part are devoted to introduction of the company LEGO, evaluation of the brand, economic overview, description of the customer, overview of portfolio and analysis of the competition. The main part is based on the data received from the own research, which results in description of current situation and especially in proposals for improvement on how to get closer to the customer.
