Scanning a analysing of heart electrical activity and blood pressure before and after the load
Vích, Daniel ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Kratochvíla, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of bachelor’s thesis is familiarization with anatomy and physiology of heart, with setting to electrical activity, scanning EKG before and after the load with Biopac system, scanning of blood pressure before and after the load with auscultation, statistical analysis of acquired data and presentation of measured data in graphical interface Guide of Matlab system. According to the protocol of measurement, scanning of heart electrical activity with the Biopac system, and scanning of blood pressure, with auscultation, was realized before and after the load. Measured data was statistically analyzed with t-test to verify hypothesis, that there is an influence of the load on the watched parameters, and to show the process of statistical verification. Application of this method assumes normal distribution of data, that’s why data was at first tested by Chi-squared and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to verify their normal distribution. In the next step data was imported into Matlab system. The presentation of measured data is realized in graphic interface Guide. The program contains time domain and spectral analysis, automatic detection of heart rate and analysis of heart rate variability.
Statistical Methods for Description of Running a Restaurant
Novotná, Lenka ; Doubravský, Karel (referee) ; Kropáč, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis is written with a view to illustrate application of statistical methods describing progress of economical processes in company. The thesis is divided into two separated parts. First part focuses on theoretical pieces of knowledge about control charts and time series. Second part is composed from chapters that are focused on its practical usage. As simple application for control chart making is enclosed.
Application of Statistical Methods to Investigate the Properties of Best-Selling Plant Protection Products and their Relationship
Haluzová, Dana ; Novotná, Veronika (referee) ; Doubravský, Karel (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on the statistical examination of properties of plant protection products at Agro-Artikel, s.r.o. Using the empirical distribution function, it focuses on the sales price and the shelf life of the products, tests the hypotheses about the properties of the products and the dependencies between them. The thesis also explores the results of the questionnaire survey and offers recommendations for the introduction of new products.
