The Building on Obilní trh

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a modern and transparent office building in Brno on the Grain Market. Due to the proximity of the community garden, Špilberk and the incompleteness of the building of the environmental department in Brno, the Institute for the Environment was chosen. The building provides also catering and accommodation for guest collaborators, along with areas for office promotion, which include a lecture hall and a gallery. The shape of the building closes the southern part of the Grain Market and thanks to the vertical garden that forms the facade contributes to improving the microclimate.

Detached house with law office

The bachelor thesis solves the design of modern house with a law firm in Povážské Podhradí. This is a three-storey building with a partial basement and with flat single shell roof, which is designed for 3-4 persons to stay and single floor object for law firm. The main construction system is masonry made of wood-cement blocks IZOBLOK.Buildings entrances are situated on the northern side.

Air conditioning of office building

The aim of the work entitled "Air conditioning of the administrative building" was to create a proposal for the profession of air conditioning on the 10th floor of the building located in Prague. These are primary air handling units serving two fun-ctional units, which include offices, open space and sanitary facilities. The work is divided into three individual parts - theoretical, computational and project part. The theoretical part deals with the quality of indoor air and the effect of carbon dioxide on humans. The computational part of the work is focused on individual calcula-tions, which are interconnected with the profession of air conditioning. Several de-sign softwares, especially LindQST and AeroCAD, are used. The project processes project documentation to the specified extent. In addition to the mandatory part of the graphic outputs, this part also processes the optional part - the BIM model, en-closed in the IFC format. This model adds value to the project in several ways, one of the most important of which is the possibility of simple and precise coordination with other professions.
