This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a timber frame house – log house situated in the cadastral area Salaš u Velehradu, region Uherské Hradiště. It is a detached house standing in existing resident area. It is designed for a family of five. The house has two storeys and separate garage next to house (garage isn’t the subject of this bachelor’s thesis). There is a gabled roof. It is designed as a modern collar systems with Rigips boards and heat insulation Isover.

It is detached house standing on the gentle slope near the forest. It is designed for family of four. The house has one storey, residential loft and basement. There is the saddleback roof. The house is designed like a timber frame construction with Fermacell boards. An entrance is situated on the east, living rooms are situated on the south and the west.

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu. Nachází se v Brně, katastrálním území Nového Lískovce. Bytový dům leží na svahu a je orientován na jižní stranu. Má dvě nadzemní podlaží a ve druhém patře je balkon. Střechy jsou ploché zelené střechy, přičemž dvě menší střechy mají sklon 3% a větší 5%. Na východní straně je garáž a balkon. Celá stavba rodinné rezidence je ze železobetonu a zdiva s hlavním využitím na konstrukčních materiálech firmy HELUZ. Izolační materiály jsou všechny od společnosti ISOVER. Výkresová dokumentace nezbytná pro realizaci této obytné budovy byla zpracována v počítačovém programu AutoCAD. Součástí práce je požární, akustické a tepelně technické řešení.

This bachelor thesis deals with desing of timber frame house situated in the catastral unit Andovce, region Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic. It is a detached house with garage standing in a newly created resident area. It is designed for a family of four. There is an individual working place with separate entrance. The house has two floors without basement. Saddle roof is placed above living space of family house and garage has flat roof with attic. House is designed as a timber frame construction covered with gypsum fibreboard Fermacell.

The purpose of my Bachelor work is the processing of the project documentation for implementation of a detached house on a land in the city of Brno, a borough of Líšeň. The land is a slopely towards the Southwest. The building is designed as a two-storey with a partial basement. 1.NP is handled as a social part and 2.NP as a part of relaxation. In the basement is a utility room and warehouse. Base construction is the strip foundation from the plain concrete. Vertical supporting constructures are from the aerated concrete floors blocks Ytong insulated with a thermal insulation Isover. Underground floor is from permanent formwork DITON which is drenched by a plain concrete and steel reinforcement. Horizontal supporting constructures are dealt as a ceramic Porotherm. The roof is a warm flat roof.
FAMILY HOUSE IN STAREJ MYJAVE

The object of the bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with rectangle shaped ground plan and garage in Stará Myjava. The building has a basement, two floors and it is determined for livig of family of four. The house is from the view of disposition divide to the basement with big and empty areas suitable to optional use. On the first floor, there is an entrance into the buildig and its „day section.“ It consists of the kitchen, the livingroom and the dining hall which are functionally connected and by the hallway are linked with a vestibule, sanitary room (the toilet) and the workroom able to use as a bedroom. On the first floor is located the fireplace as a significant architectonical element. The second floor consists of spacious hallway which leads straight to bedrooms. There are three bedrooms on this floor. The fourth room is the bathroom. Two neighboring rooms have the same balcony. All height levels are connected by reinforced concrete staircase. The garage attached on suthern facade is designed for one car. Vertical bearing walls in basement are made of concrete blocks Prefa BTB 50/30/24. The external bearing walls are built of Porotherm 30 Profi bricks, interior bearing walls from Porotherm 25 Profi. The internal non-bearing walls are 120 mm thick, built of Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D. Insulations of constructions are made of suitable insulating materials – Baumit, Isover or Rockwool. Horisontal bearing constructions are made of ceiling system Porotherm. The object has a gabled roof with slope angle 37° which is changed to 27° on the southern side of the roof. The roof coat is made of Bramac roofing.

It has four above ground floors and one underground floor. Roof is flat green roof with a slope of 2,62 %. The whole construction is from reinforced concreate and mansonry with main use on construction materials from the company YTONG. The insulation materials are all from the company ISOVER. The drawing documentation necessary for the realization of this residential building was elaborated in Allplan computer program. Part of the work is fire, acoustic and thermal-technical solution.

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl navrhnout a vytvořit projekční dokumentaci pro rezidenční budovu nacházející se v oblasti Brno-venkov (Líšen). Budova se skládá z dvou samostatných bytových jednotek na každém patře nad suterénem. Každé patro obsahuje symetrické byty, které jsou ve svém uspořádání i designu identické. Suterén slouží především jako skladovací prostor, včetně sklepů, technické místnosti, prádelny s kotelnou a toaletami. Nosnými konstrukčními prvky budovy jsou vápenopískové bloky pro nosné stěny a příčky, doplněné o železobetonové desky. Střecha je navržena jako plochá. Při celém projektu je pečlivě zohledňováno architektonické a funkční hledisko, aby budova harmonicky zapadala do okolní lokality.
