Picture of illness and death in contemporary German literature for children and youth (The analysis and didactic adaptation in the context of selected works of world literature)

TITLE: Picture of illness and death in contemporary German literature for children and youth (The analysis and didactic adaptation in the context of selected works of world literature) SUMMARY:Presented thesis deals with literary reflections on illness and death in contemporary German literature for children and youth. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts such as illness, death, child and developmental stages of childhood, literature and literature for children and youth. These themes are then further processed. In more detail is the work devoted to analyzing literary works with that theme. The works are examined in terms of literary aesthetic and thematic components, composition and language components. In the practical part, the work focuses on the students perception of researched topic and work with specific literary texts. The final section compares the aspects of reception on illness and death of students of Czech and Austrian schools at the age of 14 to 19 years based on questionnaires filled in by those students which were used as the main research material. Intercultural Aspects of Airline Marketing

This bachelor thesis deals with the intercultural aspects of airline marketing and their consequences for airline marketing communication. The aim of this thesis to identify the trends in global approaches to marketing communication of airlines, that is whether airlines apply standardised marketing communication strategies or whether they adapt their marketing communication according to the local cultural aspects of the target market. The first part of this thesis provides a theoretical basis for understanding the specifics of airline marketing communication. The second part identifies the trends in global approaches to airline marketing communication by a review of literature, specific examples and a survey conducted among airlines. The final part of this thesis analyses approach to airline global marketing communication in detail by a case study of Korean Air. Korean Air's approach to marketing communication is also evaluated and recommendation is made.
Intercultural aspects of social support

The first part of the thesis is a theoretical compilation of surveillance assembled from professional sources, resources and research. In the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of social support and its intercultural aspects. The focus is on the attitudes and prejudices, intercultural psychology, communication and barriers arising from it, as well as social support, its types, empathy and prosocial behavior. The second part of the thesis is the proposal of empirical research. It deals with the methodological process aimed at finding differences between access to social support and the provision and acceptance of Czechs and Slovaks.
