The diploma thesis deals mainly with the design of a structured proposal of information strategy of an insurance broker company, based on an analysis of the current state of specific processes of the selected organization and their optimization with the aim of designing the structure and requirements for a new information system. Emphasis is also placed on change management, designing time and content schedules, and managing related risks.

The objective of this Masters’s thesis is to design an information system for Raab Computer, s.r.o. The information system will deal with the management of projects for the electrical installations department. First, I will focus on the theoretical background then analysis and then the design of the solution. For the Raab Computer, s.r.o. company, I was in charge of both the functional and visual aspects of the information system and I actively participated on the whole project as a part of a team from the end of 2017 to the beginning of 2019.

The result of the thesis should be a selection and implementation, which eventually this could improve incomes of company and their functionality. The first part of the thesis clarifies theoretical background and contains explanation of the basic concepts related with information systém and deals with internet marketing , internet strategy which focus on . Second part contains analysis of the current state of information systém.

Bachelor’s thesis deals with analysis of information system and suggestions for improving it in the company Gymnazium, Olomoucky kraj, statutarni mesto which is one of the biggest school in region. These suggestions should increase the efficiencyand improve work with company’s information system. The first part of the thesis contains the description of theoretical background which relates to problematic of information systems. Second part contains description and analysis of the company. Practical part is focused on proposal of solution for more effective information system usage.

Furthermore, the analysis of the company, its internal and external environment, the analysis of the information system used and in the last part of the proposal changes for improving, streamlining and simplifying the work with the information system.

The proposed changes will contribute particularly to improvement of the intercompany processes, streamlining of project planning and to more transparent planning of project in all phases – engineering, sourcing, production and logistics.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of an information system keeping attendance of the employees of the ČEZ a. s. company at the Dukovany Nuclear Power Station and offers proposals for its improvement. The first part of the work defines the basic terminology and the theoretical basis for further use. The second part includes an analysis of the current state of the system for substitution of workers and the last one proposes areas for improvement and elimination of risks and assesses the economical aspect of these proposals.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the current information system of a state-owned company and to assess its efficiency. Based on this assessment, I propose changes, which contain practical steps for improving the state of the information system. Together with this, current risks are eliminated. The practical result of this thesis is the implementation of an integration platform for integrating key data, and the creation of simple applications for working with data. This will result in improving the current state and increasing work efficiency.
