My bachelor’s thesis is focused on employees’ remuneration system and its evaluation in a select company. The main aim of this work is to raise the efficiency of labour. Some theoretical pieces of knowledge , my own research and firm’s analysis will give me a base for a proposal for some better methods of remuneration which should improve staff‘s motivation to work efficiently.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current remuneration system and employee incentive program in the specific enterprise providing suggestions for improvements. The theoretical element of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: remuneration, salary, evaluation, motivation and their inter-relationship. The practical element of the thesis examines the remuneration system and work incentive in the specific enterprise. In the final part on the basis of all the ascertained facts is suggested some partial changes leading to a better efficaciousness of the remuneration system.
