This work deals with detection of person in image. At the beginning, there are described some methods to be used for this type of detection. Of these we chose a method histograms of oriented gradients. For classification we use SVM. Part of this work is the design and implementation of a simple detector.
Detection of groups of people in images

This work describes two methods for detecting objects in images. The first method is the Viola-Jones, the second is the method of histograms oriented gradients. Start of work deals with the theoretical description of the methods. In the other parts of this work is presented creation of the training databases, implementation methods in the RapidMiner and their testing. In conclusion, the results and the use of methods for detection of groups of people in the database of images are evaluated.
Advanced Detection of Human Face

With detection, localization and pose estimation of face was used to deal as three different tasks. This thesis works with algorithms which unify this tasks into one algorithm. To solve this problem histograms of oriented gradients connected in tree based structure are used. First part of work briefly informs about methods used for face detection. Aim of this work is to experiment with given algorithms and discover their quality for face detection and glasses detection.
