This bachelor´s thesis deals with design documentation of detached house, designed for permanent living for family of four member. The house is situated in the region Jihomoravský, town Brno – Ivanovice, in cadastral district Ivanovice. The building has two floors. The main vertical supporting construction material is a brick Heluz with Baumit insulation system. The horizontal supporting construction above first floor is from ceiling panels Heluz. The house has a shed roof with 12° inclination. House is without cellar. House has terrace and porch.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is working out the project documentation to execution of a new detached house in cadastral area of Trenčianske Stankovce, part Rozvadze. Family house is detached two-storeyed building, located at the edge of the village. Object is meant for one generation, designed for 4-5 people. The building includes a garage with one car stand. Floor plan is designed in shape of a latter T. Construction system is longitudinal, wall made. Vertical and horizontal supporting structures of the house are made by the system HELUZ. Roofing of the building is designed with flat roofs. On the part of the object is extensive green roof. The drawing part is handled by the AutoCAD software.
Congress centre Humpolec

This thesis describes the design and processing of the convention center. The proposed house is located at the top of the square of Humpolec in the area designated for the construction of public facilities. The building consists of a basement, where there is a garage for the car owner and stores food for the kitchen. On the first floor there is a reception, restaurant and facilities for the kitchen. On the second floor are conference halls. In the third and fourth floor is accommodation for guests. The restaurant is designed for 55 people inside + outdoor terrace can seat about 30 people. Conference halls are designed for 90 people. Accommodation is for 28 guests. Outdoor parking is for 40 cars. Perimeter bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete + insulation. Interior bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, interior non-bearing brick walls HELUZ. The ceilings are made of overstretched Spiroll panels and boards reinforced cross. For ceiling is plasterboard ceilings. The roof home is designed as a single-layer flat. Heating is effected by the heat pump. Wooden windows are six-chamber, aluminum doors. There is a staircase and an elevator. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair.
Semi-detached House in Třebíč Nehradov

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a semi-detached house. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots 135/147, 135/150 in Třebíč Nehradov in Podklášteří. Buildings are single-storeys with a residential attic and there aren´t cellars. The houses are merged by garages on the boundary . The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate residential units. There are two constructional systems of the building – Velox and Heluz. The roof construction is gabled with unusual shape. There are four sunroofs in the roof.
Building of the municipal office in Bludov

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a new building of the municipal office building in Bludov, at the level of design documentation for the construction. The building consists mainly of offices for the operation of the municipal office, on the first floor there is a municipal library for the public. The building is designed on a slightly sloping plot with entrance from the east side. The building consists of three above-ground floors and one underground floor. Design documentation for building construction is processed in the computer program ArchiCAD.
Mountain guesthouse

This diploma thesis is dealing with the solution of four-floor mountain guesthouse with one floor underground and three floor overground on parcel 1953/16 in Low Tatras, Slovak republic. The parcel is situated in the cadastral region of Horná Lehota. The design of the mountain guesthouse is solving the architectonical, technical and building solutions of the object according to the requests of investor. Underground floor is designed from DT concrete blocks, which are waterproofed by the bitumen felts and thermally insulated by the extruded polysytrene. Overground floors are made from ceramic blocks HELUZ and thermally insulated by ETICS system from mineral wool. The roof of the object is made from pitched roof constructed from timber trusses, which are connected by gangnail steel sheets. The purpose of this project is to create modern and comfortable builidng, which provides pleasant environment mainly for fans of tourism and downhill skiing, but also for other visitors.
Detached house with relaxation centre in Praha - Horní Počernice

The theme of this bachelor thesis is designing a detached house with a relaxation centre. Land, where the building will be situated, is in Praha-Horní Pocernice. Terrain is lightly sloping. It is supposed to be three overground storeys in the house and the building should be designed as partly cellared. The building will be thermally insulated. The construction of the roof will be saddle. The platform will be untraditionally shaped.

This thesis deals with design of detached house which is divided into two separate units. The house is situated on slightly sloping terrain in cadastre unit of Hlupočepy in Prague 5. The house has a L-shape design. The bigger unit is designed for four member family and the smaller unit can be used as an apartment for grandparents or for a lease. The house is fully basement and has two above ground floors. For perimeter walls are used ceramic blocks Heluz with holes filled with polystyrene. The foundation construction is designed as reinforced concrete base plate and ceiling constructions as reinforced slabs. The house is roofed with gable roof with 40 degrees gradient. The thesis contains documentation for construction implementation.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Vlkovice close by a city of Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of Heluz system. The construction of the roof consists roof truss-saddle roof. Tha main entrance is oriented to the north. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house in worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCad.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is working out of project documentation. It is new building of family house in town Veľké Bierovce, which is located close of the county town Trenčín. Family house will consist from two aboveground floors and partially basement. Roof is flat mono-layer.The aboveground floors are designed from ceramic structural system HELUZ. Basement is designet from shuttering blocks from the system Premac tied by concrete reinforcement, embedded by plain concrete.The first aboveground floor will be served as living part of the object, the second floor is designed as resting area. In the basement located utility room, laundry room and storage rooms.
