Preparation and Implementation of an International Race in Freestyle Skiing

Bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation and implementation of an international competition in skiing. Work is divided into several parts. The theoretical part deals with the creation of a business plan, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis , marketing mix, questionnaire, budgets and calculations and analysis of the competitive environment . These findings are applied in the practical part, which is also designed to upgrade the plant.
Functional load issues in freeskiing

Title: Functional load issues in freeskiing. Objectives: The aim of this thesis paper is to prove functional load in freeskiing. Methods: Research of available documentations and information. Measurement was done by sport tester divisor followed by analyses of data. Results: Only in ski performance called jibbing the heart rate frequency became stable at 160-180 beats per minute in relation to physical activity. In the activity big-air and half-pipe, the heart beat frequency become stable after load. The biggest fluctuations in heart rate frequency were analyzed in big-air activity done in a pre stage before load. We can attribute this to emotions, adrenalin and conditioned reflexes. In half-pipe activity, the longest follow up phase of heart rate frequency returned to baseline. This shows the greatest intensity of load out of all measured activities. Satisfaction and Development of Sponsorship in Czech Freeskiing

The Aim: The main aim of this work is to give a summary of conditions for freeskiing sponsoring, to find out what the sponsors expect from riders to achieve and keep up sponsoring, also what kind of support riders expect from their sponsor and what they are able to do for it. Analyses of general development and the number of companies participating in freeskiing is another aim of this work. The Method: The necessary facts was get from question-form sent through the internet to the all sponsored new-school freeskiing riders. The similar question- forms were sent to the team managers of the sponsoring companies or distributors. The Results: Both riders and sponsors are fairly satisfied with sponsoring, but it is necessary to avoid relatively major mistakes and defects for the perfect cooperation. If the communication side was better, the situation would be surely much better too.

Title: Sensation seeking tendency in freeskiing Objectives: The aim of this work is sensation seeking tendency in freeskiing. Methods: Were chosen due to parameters of examined group of freeskiers and required outputs. For sensation seeking tendency in freeskiing were chosen Sensation Seeking Scale form V. Results: The comparison of our group of freeskiers with population average was detected significant differences. Statistically significant differences were detected in all 4 subscales. In sensation seeking scale are freeskiers significant different compare to population average in total score of SSS.
