The application design itself includes cases of application use, user interface, database design and other technical requirements. The conclusion deals with the economic evaluation of the design.

Identification and assessment of errors in the assembly line of the pneumatic valves

This thesis is focused on identification and evaluation of errors during pneumatic valve assembly. Theoretical part describes tools used: quality gate, flow chart, Pareto diagram and FMEA analysis. Within practical part the current assembly process is analyzed with current errors and besides evaluation, the improvement priorities and ways to accomplish these improvements in an actual company are defined. If the company chooses to take the opportunity to implement these improvements, thesis also monitors the results and reaction to the change of the analyzed process to a certain point.

Costs of low kvality

The objective of this bachelor thesis is area of costs for non-conforming products in industrial company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a system analysis of the current state of the specific issues and a proposal to create a system for monitoring the cost of low quality in manufacturing proces. Some preview into quality management is itemized in the introductory part. I also describe the management of nonconforming products, with which I was able to analyze the collected data and develop a solution in the final part. Next I did an analysis of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and I did an analysis of cost of low quality in this company. The data obtained from the cost analysis I proceed with the help of quality tools and I was carried out their evaluation. In the final part I evaluated the results and proposed several recommendations for improving current processes in the company.

The work contains an analysis of the current situation of both the company and the market situation. The design includes application use cases, user and administrative interface, database design. The conclusion deals with the economic evaluation of the proposal.

Making Production Concept for the Planning of the Production Process

This thesis responds to the need of the company ILLKO, s.r.o. to develop and unify the decision-making process for cases when there is a customer request for a special or extraordinary type of product. In the thesis, the business area of the company, supplier and customer spectrum are described as well as a summary of the company’s capacity and capabilities. The output is a formalized decision-making process reflecting both theoretical knowledge based on the academic bibliography and long-term approved experience gained from the business practice. This process is clearly illustrated in schematic flow charts which are described in detail in corresponding chapters. The developed methodological procedure will help the top management of the company to facilitate, automate and improve future decision-making on the specific customer requirements.

Then I describe utilization all of related documents and creation of control plan in the practical part.

The Studies of Import Logistics Distribution Organization for Manufacturing Businesses

This thesis deals with the general principle of technology as a partial freight logistics center services ČSAD Hodonín, as The paper first lists and describes the activities related to the operation of logistics centers, which are further supplemented by an analysis of the operation, focusing on the loading, unloading and transfer batches of different manufacturing companies. This thesis is further supplemented by a theoretical approach with potential applications in the actual operation. The result is then draft general technological progress in the transportation of goods from the factory to the logistics center using its own freight.
