This bachelor thesis deals with creating the business plan, focused on setting up a company, whose main activity is going to be the sale of firewood. The work contains the theoretical knowledge, which concerns the company and its connections and also includes distribution of enterprises under legal forms in the Czech Republic and the structure of the business plan. There are analyzes necessary for establishment of the enterprise in the next part. The practical part embraces the preparation of the business plan.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to design a feeding belt conveyor which is part of the firewood processor. The thesis discusses: concepts of designed solutions, choice of conveyor's construction parts of the conveyor, calculations of its functioning, driver design, calculations of the firmness of the tensing device and the design of suspending the conveyor to a machinery.

Dřevěný odpad v nábytkářských provozech

This thesis contains several parts. In the first part research of three very specific companies operating in woodworking and furniture making industries. Study is made about processing wooden waste. Results are writen down in charts and diagrams. In the second part suggestions of corrections are being presented. They are suggested to increase the capacity and efficiency of already correct systems of those companies. N the third part alternative suggestions samo for all three companies are made. Suggestions are in well arranged way presented in charts.
