The theoretical section contains of the definition of entrepreneurial plan, enterprise, entrepreneurship and juridical form of enterprise. The entrepreneurial plan for Octago is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is basing company Octago.

The theoretical part provides a general overview of the topics of financing and there are characterizes the varoius types of analysis which are used to assess the state of organisation. In the practical part , the individual results of the analyzes are used , which serve to objectively evaluate the situation of the company and to draw another conclusion.

ŠMELKOVÁ, Jana: Multi-source financing of universities. Dissertation work. Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, Department of Commercial Law and Economic Law. Supervisor: doc. Mgr. The Dissertation work is focused on the legal analysis of the current model of financing higher education with a significant emphasis on public universities, which is devoted a substantial part of the work. The first chapter is approximated legal status of individual types of high schools as subjects of law. The second chapter, devoted to the legislation of income of public universities, is followed by a characteristic means of providing state subsidies to the graphical representation of the distribution of subsidies for specific parts. Subsequently, one part is devoted to work and legislation funding of public universities in the Czech Republic. The fifth chapter is devoted to the review bodies performing inspection, assigned from the state budget. The sixth chapter brings the possibility of funding other types of universities. The seventh part of our thesis is devoted to a specific issue - the possibility of business public universities in terms of legislation and internal regulations of the universities. Funding of churches in the Czech lands in 20th century

Financing of Churches in the Czech Lands in the 20th Century The main aim and purpose of this master degree thesis was to introduce individual institutes of the Church financing in the 20th century. Even nowadays, the funding issue is still an opened topic. The purpose of the historical hindsight is to approximate and put aside false hypothesis of Church financing. The prevailing views of the people on the church property and on the "justification" of states occupation of this property, during the last century, were based on rather "philosophical ideas" than on actual legal basis. The master degree thesis not only maps the 20th century, but also pays due attention to the developments of the late 19th century, which established grounds for certain financing institutes and prefigured further evolvement in the upcoming century. However, some institutes of church financing, such as religious fund, were established in the 18th century. The period of enlightened absolutism, the period of the reign of Joseph II, who brings his mothers reforms to the edge of that time, sells property (e.g. monasteries, religious buildings, etc.) and the obtained income deposits to newly created parish cash desk, which will serve to support the Catholic Church.
