The theoretical part examines the individual sources of finance, factors affecting financing, outlines the information that can be obtained from a financial analysis and mentions financial planning as a tool for future ideas for funding. The practical part describes the real construction company and the way it uses in terms of financing their activities. Financial analysis of the company serves as the basis for consideration alternative options.

Financial Restructuring of the Construction Company

This thesis deals with a financial restructuring of the construction company. On the concrete company it is shown how the financial restructuring can help to improve the financial health of this company and so its competitiveness, which is, considering the current situation on the construction market, absolutely crucial. Using the methods of financial analysis the current state of financial health and financial management is evaluated. Based on these results some corrective actions within the financial restructuring are proposed. The efficiency of these actions is in the end verified again using the financial analysis.

The bachelor thesis “ Financing construction company´s activities ” is focused on possibilities which can finance a selected activity of the company. Considering specifics Assuring operational funding is the key to financial stability considering the specifics of building industry. In the theoretical part is dealt with property and financial structure of the company and the construction contract. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge into practice. A specific commission of the selected company is described first and afterwards its financial analysis and overall progress of the flow of funding follows.

In the first theoretical part describes the basic concepts, which can be found in financial accounting, financial analysis and management accounting. In the practical part I analyzed the actual data, which gave me approached the company and then I gave them in context. The result of he thesis is a recommendation of management decisions from the perspective of business management.

Existence of the quality management system, which is implemented and maintained, is practically a big necessity for the nowadays companies that want to win this fight.

Utilization of Cash-flow Analysis for Financial Management of the Construction Company

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to evaluate financial management with emphasis on management of cash-flow with the aid of ratio indicators of the company PaPP, spol. s r.o. in the years 2007 – 2010. The thesis is divided into 2 main parts – theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with development and function of financial management and also financial analysis of selected ratio indicators constructed on base of cash-flow and Kralick Quick-test. On theoretical knowledge continued the practical part, where is introduced the company and aplicated financial analysis with the aid of ratio indicatros. Financial situation and company´s health is evaluated by creditworthy model – Kralick Quick-test.

Main goal of the diploma thesis is a composition of a long-term financial plan for three years: 2014, 2015 and 2016. Processing company was chosen PLASTY-KO, s. r. o. located in Kobylí. There is a detailed analysis from the outside and also inside of surroundings of the company. Results of methods for processing the analysis are also used as groundwork for a crucial suggestion part of the thesis. This one is focused on a fulfilment of a main goal.
