Title: Analysis of selected criteria competing line-ups AERO Dance and Fitness aerobic Objective: The main objektive of this master thesis is to identify the main performance indicators of competition in the category of assemblies AERO Dance and Fitness aerobic. Methods: In this master thesis has been using content analysis and observation. These methods were used to collect and evaluate necessary data. Title: Analysis of competing line-ups of categories AERO Dance and Fitness aerobic teams Objective: The main objektive of this master thesis is an analysis of the competition categories line-ups AERO Dance and Fitness aerobic teams from the World Cup of both international organizations in 2014. Methods: In this master thesis has been using content analysis and observation. These methods were used to collect and evaluate necessary data. Results: The results show various choreographic solutions and fundamental movement forms which affect sport performance of competitive line-ups of the most successful teams of FISAF and FIG organizations. They indicate what motion content of the current competitive line-ups in aerobics is necessary to make the choreography successful. Evaluation of Developmental Tendencies in Fitness Aerobic

Title: Evaluation of Developmental Tendencies in Fitness Aerobic Goals: Based on the content analyses and timelines of successful professional choreographies from the World Championship 2006-2016, the aim of this work is to forecast developmental tendencies and trends including the optimal content of professional choreographies within the organization FISAF for 2018. Methods: This Thesis has a character of a quantitative research. The main researching method is the timeline created with the help of a special program called Statistica 2017 and the content analysis developed with the help of a video recording. Results: Based on the results, it is possible to suppose that a composition can be successful only when it contains 15-16 swinging movements of legs and 17-20 vertical changes (squats, crouch positions) in the physical part, the musical part should consist of 2-4 musical artworks and within the part of choreography there should be 35-40 positions, approximately 25 - 28 contrasting divisions of the group in the movement and space and 10 - 12 interactions between the team members. Prediction of Trends in Fitness Aerobic

Title: Prediction of trends in fitness aerobic. Objectives: The goal of the work is based on the content analysis of the successful programs from the World Championship 2012 and 2013 to predict probable development tendency and trends of competitive choreography in FISAF organization. Methods: The thesis illustrates empirical research character. Observing method and content analysis with assistance of the videorecords was used for the breakdown of the programs. Results: The result of thesis is an optimal assemblage of the programs from chosen criteria (emplacement, contrast layout, swing moves of lower limbs, swing moves of the full body, interaction), clearly recorded to charts, graphs and related text.
