Financial Assessment of Construction Company's Performance

The subject of this thesis is evaluation of financial health and financial performance of construction company. Theoretical part of this thesis defines the concept of financial performance, financial health of the company, accounting sheets and explains methods of financial analysis. Practical part focuses on application of chosen methods of financial analysis to specific construction company. Based on the results of analysis the evaluation of financial situation is conducted and model for continuous evaluation of financial performance and financial health is created.

This bachelor thesis is focused on calculation and evaluation of selected economic indicators of the company Tradiční pivovar v Rakovníku a.s. in the years 2015-2019 and their subsequent analysis. The thesis consists of three parts. The the first part is focused on the theoretical basis and describes selected financial indicators, regression analysis and time series. The second part describes the current state of the company and provides an overwiev of the financial situation of the company. The last part is suggestions for future improvement.
