Master thesis deals with photovoltaic components and their principles. Evaluate the types of photovoltaic systems and their impact on the transmission system. The thesis deals with financial support to small and micro-photovoltaic systems, which can be used in terms of legislation of the Czech Republic. There are also described the changes in the amendment to the energy act and effect on the price of electricity in households. Compared with the domestic photovoltaic rest of the world and the view of the German energy concept. Part of the theoretical design of a hybrid photovoltaic plant, including the use of heat pump. Thesis deals with using hybrid photovoltaic plant and economic viability of the proposed system. The last part deals with the implementation of the proposed system and assesses the true value from those anticipated in the design.

Legal aspects of Energy business Summary The aim of this master thesis is to give an overview of the development of the energy market. The first big changes occurred in 1990s when it became necessary to make energy sector owned by the state more efficient. The main reasons for its restructuring were an incompatible infrastructure, standardised services and high prices. State with the lack of financial resources leave the monopolistic system and open the market for new potential investors. Some another changes are connected with the accession to the European Union. The process of liberalization was used like an instrument for changes which impose requirements not only on market participants but also on state, which is obliged to provide an independent supervisor. Currently the main legislative source is an act No. 436/2008 Coll., Energy Act. It provides information about basic rights and obligations of the market participants, their relationships and the ways of regulations of their activities. The energy sector is regulated on national level. But recently an Energy union has been formed on international level. To ensure energy independence is the main goal of the Energy union. "Large" amendment to the Act on the promotion of electricity production from renewable energy sources and its impact on practice

This Bachelor Degree Final Paper deals with the legal support of the development of renewable energy sources in the Czech Republic especially in view of the solar industry. The text includes an overview of basic legal norms of the area before and after the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union, relationship of legislation to unleashing a solar revolution and the impacts of the situation on business conditions in the industry. Next part is devoted to the amendment of the fundamental statute remedying the unstable situation, as well as to the new prepared statute, which will integrate the area of renewable energy sources into a single piece of legislation. The conclusion examines the impacts of legislative changes on the owners of solar power plants and also considers the investment opportunities for persons interested in photovoltaics.
