Employment Relationship in Terms of Wage Costs Optimization

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of labor relations in terms of optimization of wage costs in a selected company. The problem faced by the employer is the shortage of employees for a certain type of work and ineffective advertising of vacancies, which is an obstacle for the employer to attract new employees. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to labor relations from a legal, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of a selected employer. The last part of the bachelor thesis presents proposals for solutions to the given problems including their economic evaluation.

The Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of labor-law relations in terms of optimization of wage costs. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of employment relationships from legal, economic, accounting and tax point of view. The analytical part analyzes the problem of a particular employer, which is related to the lack of employees. Based on this, optimal solutions are proposed that reduce wage costs while creating new job opportunities and in the duration of the employment relationship.

Employment Relationship Associated with the Employer Relocation

This bachelor´s thesis deals with possible difficulties related to relocation of employer. The theoretical part describes mainly labour relations and connected issues from legal, accounting and tax point of view. The practical part includes analysis of specific problem in company Eichenauer, spol. s r. o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate, if relocation of the part of corporation would be convenient, and alternatively suggest, how to motivate employees to accept the agreement about change of place of performance of work.
