Consumption of tobbaco is one of the key risk factors causing serious illness and early death, although that can be prevented effectively. The Unplugged intervention consists of a total of 12 lessons delivered within one academic year and is based on the Comprehensive Social Influence Model. Aims: To ascertain whether the Unplugged program has an impact on tobacco use, by means of the lifetime and 30-day prevalence indicators. To verify the duration of the program's measurable effect over time using retests. This thesis deals with investment issues. The theoretical part deals with what the investment activity, what is the investment decision process, follow investment evaluation process and what methods can be used. Also there are the sources from which is posible finance investment and finally there is the risk, that accompannies each investment. The practical part is analyze effectiveness of the investment project, implemented by a real company. In conclusion, the values and the findings are summarized and evaluated.

A thesis focuses on an employee education system a the French bakery. The company forbade me to publish it's own name, and thus it's called Mr. Retail a.s. within following text. An introductory section of a thesis describes educational domain and approaches in a theoretical manner and employer's duties following from The Labour Code. Furthermore, phases of systematic education cycle are clarified, based upon a study of an academic texts and education system of a French bakery is analyzed with utilizing acqired expertise. The aim of a thesis is to analyze an educational process in a French bakery concept, to design effective changes and to systematize an education of a concept. An important part of a thesis is a questionnaire inquiry focused at mapping employees' needs and their attitudes related to an educational domain.
Evaluation of investment in underground gas storage Rožná

The diploma thesis is concerned with the issue of investments decision and capital investment planning. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate a possible investment in the underground gas storage Rožná. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part deals with the characterization and terms defining in the field of investments decision. It also mentions the methods how to evaluate the effectiveness of investments decision. The second theoretical part discusses the strategic analysis of gas industry with the emphasis on using of the underground gas storages in the Czech Republic and in other countries within the European Union. The third part analyzes the effectiveness evaluation of the investment while applying the terms of both theoretical parts.
The evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project in the public sector

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project in the public sector. Evaluation is based on C&B analysis, which is primarily intended for evaluating investments and interventions in the public sphere. Its aim is to give all the financial impacts of the project, whether positive or negative in order to evaluate the benefits arising from the implementation in relation to financial investments made in the project. The criterion for the success of these projects is not profit, but social benefits arising from them. The higher these benefits are, the greater is the efficiency of investment. The thesis is divided into three parts (excluding introduction and conclusion). The first section explains the important concepts that readers bring to the evaluation of investment efficiency in the public sector. In the second part contains the theoretical basis from which comes out the practical part. In her is then applied method of CBA and determined the final results.
