Marketing planning at a wholesale company

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of marketing activities of wholesale trading enterprises and the subsequent development of effective marketing plan on example of the distributing company "MERLION". Methodological basis of research consists of the works of Russian and foreign scientists in the field of strategic marketing, marketing planning, and strategic management. The following procedures were made during the Thesis writing: analysis of the marketing plan for 2015, as well as the system of management and interaction of the departments in the MERLION company, have been described and analyzed products, formed a marketing plan for 2016, calculated marketing budget, tasks were distributed between the departments of the company and the calculation of efficiency of marketing plan for 2016 FY has been done. On the basis of the calculation efficiency, we can conclude that a marketing plan for 2016 will help MERLION company to achieve their goals.
The effectiveness of chosen fundamentals analysis methods on the Czech market

The thesis is dealing with selected methods analysis of fundamentals analysis on the Czech market in a period of year 2006 -- 2010. First chapter is thinking about theoretical bases of the theses, concretely offers basic characteristic and overview of discount models of dividend and the models of interest for setting the share intrinsic value . This will be used in a practical part of dissertation. The second chapter is focusing on the shares evaluating by dividend discounted models and their fruitfulness in the time. In the begining are companies characteristics which shares create the sample used to succesfulness models testing. After this part follows analysis of selected inputs which are used to the final evaluating. The third chapter is answering the questions about analysis of interest models and about the general evaluating of the fruitfulness of all selected models in the individual backdrops.
Sales promotion effectiveness analysis for czech market

This diploma thesis provides the overall overview about sales promotion as part of communication mix. Using of this tool became very important part of the business during past years. Also some market segments became fairly dependent. As example can be provided FMCG market, where Procter & Gamble one of the dominant player is. P&G is always trying to approach in innovative way and thanks to that it is coming with very interesting initiative solutions (for example Pampers UNICEF). This initiative also as usual promotion is evaluated from effectiveness point of view at the end of this thesis.
