This master´s thesis deals with the estimation of the value of company COMINFO, a.s. to the date 1.10.2016 using income based methods. Specifically using the method discounted cash flow in variant entity and economic value added in variant entity. In the theoretical part are described the basic theoretical starting points concerning the valuation of company. The practical part includes strategic analysis, financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of value drivers, financial plan and also the determination of the value of the company.

The practical part is pattern of theoretical part and consists of strategic analysis, financial analysis, SWOT analysis and also of the procedure determined on the basis of applied method of valuation. Result of the thesis is concrete determined value of the enterprise.

The result of the thesis is the ekvity value of TSS company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the research if the firm Kovář Plus s.r.o reached an economic profit over the observed period, which is from 2011 to 2015. The first part of the thesis is strictly theoretical. In this part, there are different approaches to economic profit which are historicaly sorted, also described accounting profit and the methodology. The second part of the thesis is practical. In this part, data are processed and subsequently calculated. Method used fot the calcuation is called EVA (economic value added). All data are processed and then the results are interpreted in the results section. The thesis ends with a conclusion where the research question is answered and the sources used for the research are listed.
