The Socialization of the management of SK Slavia Praha after playing UEFA Champions Leauge

1 This MA thesis starts to explore a new exciting part of socialization theory, by applying the research into socialization in the management of the Czech football club SK Slavia Praha. This is done trough the evaluation of the end of the year 2007, when SK Slavia Praha for the first and last time played the group stage of UEFA Champions League. This MA thesis tries to prove that there was indeed a transfer of norms and values from UEFA to SK Slavia Praha. Next to this, this MA thesis also tries to prove that the previous socialization is not anymore apparent in the club, since the contacts with UEFA (and ECA) have since then lost because of the lack of international matches played by SK Slavia Praha. This research is done through interviews with the employees of the club, both the ones working in the club in 2007, and the ones who are employed in 2014. The role of EGAP and other selected ECAs in export guarantee and insurance schemes

This thesis focuses on the role of EGAP and other selected ECAs in export guarantee and insurance schemes in the world. The objective of the thesis is to define the role of EGAP in comparison to other selected ECAs regarding the adjustment of premium rates level. The other goal is aimed at the result of the comparative analysis, which consists of recommendation to the Czech ECA of how to have the effective premium rates set. In the view of the fact, that including all insurance products would be impossible to carry out the analysis, only one product regarding the type D Insurance of an Export Buyer Credit against the risk of non-payment was selected and applied to the analysis.

Comparison of Export Support Systems in Austria and the Czech Republic

This master's thesis deals with the comparison of export support systems in the Czech Republic and Austria. In the first chapter, the terms "export support" and "export credit agencies" are defined and instruments of export supporting policies as well as their positive and negative aspects are listed and EU regulation and policies in this field are briefly described. A short description of the Czech Republic and Austria follows. Special attention is paid to the following analysis of export strategies and export credit agencies in both economies. This descriptive theoretical part is complemented by a practical case study carried out in cooperation with TOSHULIN, a.s. -- a successful producer and exporter of machinery. Both systems of export support are evaluated from the point of view of the company's sales department. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the topic, a comparison of the effectiveness of both export support systems, and the author's suggestions for potential innovation and improvement in this area.

The Actual Trends of Insuring of the credit risks with state support

The diploma thesis deals with the export credit insurance as one of the possible instruments for covering business risks in international trade. Furthermore, it indicates its basic forms and also focuses on the international rules, which regulate the providing of export credit insurance. The main stress is laid on the development of export credit insurance with state support in a time of global financial and economic crisis. The thesis offers a view of the specific anti-crisis measures of some selected export credit agencies and their impact on the international trade development.
