The WTO, Agribusiness, and the Third Food Regime
Wilhelm-Ross, Samuel ; Hrishabh, Sandilya (advisor) ; Bernard Thompson Mikes, Antonin (referee)
Food regime theory emerged in the 1980s as a tool to delineate the history of the modern food system. Dumping and Its Impact on International Trade
Holopová, Andrea
The effect of dumping and anti-dumping policy is often seen as more political than economic. Therefore the main aim of this thesis is to deeply specify the position of dumping on the fi eld of international trade, including all aspects of this phenomenon. This should answer the question if it is necessary to defend markets against dumping by the usage of anti-dumping duties or whether dumping should be a common element of free trade. This work includes an analysis of a practical case concerning shoe imports from China and Vietnam.
