3D printing of ceramic materials based on barium titanate with crystallographic preferred orientation
Pišťák, Jan ; Drdlík, Daniel (referee) ; Částková, Klára (advisor)
In this work, textured barium titanate (BTO) ceramics were prepared using 3D ceramic printing technology. We achieved preferential grain growth in polycrystalline ceramics by using template grain growth on the platelet particles. Firstly, we prepared platelet particles with preferential crystalline orientation in the [001] direction by molten salt synthesis and topochemical microconversion. Subsequently, an acrylate-based photosensitive suspension was optimised for use with BaTiO3 ceramic powder. Samples with different amounts of platelets were printed from these suspensions. The overall crystallographic texture of the sintered ceramics increased with increasing amounts of platelets in the suspension. The maximum value of Lodgering factor was achieved after adding 5 wt. % of the platelets (F001 = 42%). It was further found that the addition of platelets resulted in a decrease in the grain size of the sintered texture. The particle size reduction did not affect the porosity and, regardless of the amount of platelet particles added, relative densities in the range of 96-98 % of the theoretical density were achieved. The feasibility of preparing textured barium titanate materials by 3D printing using template grain growth was confirmed.
Evaluation of washing effect on material properties after 3D DLP printing
Uvíra, Dominik ; Jaroš, Aleš (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the influence of washing on the mechanical properties of 3D DLP printed parts. The aim of the thesis was to experimentally determine the impact of washing agents with different wash durations on the mechanical properties of 3D printed parts using DLP technology. The research describes the devices and materials used. Furthermore, an analysis of washing 3D DLP printed parts is conducted, including a description of polymer dissolution, types of washing agents, and washing methods. Based on the research, materials were selected, including Standard resin, ABS-like resin, and Tough resin. The used washing agents are IPA, Simple Green industrial degreaser, DPM, and a special uncured resin remover called EasyClean. Samples were produced on the DLP 3D printer Anycubic Photon D2, and printing profiles were established based on the research part and own calibration. In the first experiment, the effectiveness of the agents in removing uncured resin was monitored. This was followed by an experimental evaluation of the tensile properties of the prepared samples. Furthermore, the notch toughness of each material was evaluated. In both cases, an analysis of fracture surfaces was conducted. Based on the achieved results, optimal washing durations were determined for all material and rinsing agent combinations, and areas of application were recommended. Subsequently, a custom rinsing agent combining low cost and good mechanical properties was proposed. The final part of the work consists of an economic evaluation of the various rinsing agents, resulting in specific recommendations for purchasing rinsing agents and rinsing duration.
Binary masks DLP with DMD chip
Filip, Jakub ; Dostál, Zbyněk (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The diploma thesis aims to create a library in the Python programming language, which can control the DLP LightCrafter 9000 EVM evaluation module. Through this library, the potential of the purchased module in the field of high-speed imaging of binary masks should be achieved. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with DLP technology and hardware. The hardware properties are specified in more detail with respect to the purchased module. The following chapters focus on the command control interface and the GUI application, which provide additional information not only about the method of communication between the module and the PC but also about the conditions for achieving the desired outputs. The practical part deals with the analysis of communication between the module and the PC, the processing of digital image data, and the implementation of the library in the Python programming language.
Face mask visualization for a robotic head
Pospíchal, Tomáš ; Brablc, Martin (referee) ; Appel, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with face exposure visualisation using backward projection. Image calibration is implemented for correction of distorsion and brightness change caused by curved projection plane. Identification of deformation is done by projected checkerboard patern . For deformation method of Moving Least Squares (MLS) is used. Test tool is designed and projector upgrade for shorther throw distance is implemented.
Alternative methods in cryptology
Hampl, Dalibor ; Doležel, Radek (referee) ; Hajný, Jan (advisor)
In the first part of this thesis explains, what is generally cryptography, generally analyze the problem of the current encryption methods. These include asymmetric, symmetric and hybrid encryption methods. The second part focuses on the theory of lattices and their main mathematical problems, then the shortest vector problem, the closest vector problem, the approximate shortest vector problem and the approximate closest vector problem. Mathematically difficult problems of lattice are used in an encryption method GGH for asymmetrically encrypted communications method and GGH for digital signatures. It explains mathematical methods, which use these encryption methods. Another part of this thesis deals with the encryption method and the establishment of XTR on Diffie-Hellman protocol, thus XTR-DH. It explains mathematical methods, which use methods XTR, XTR-DH and Diffie-Hellman protocol. There are shown the main mathematical problems for this part of thesis DHP (Diffie-Hellman problem) and DLP (discrete logarithm problem). The fourth part focuses on a program designed to demonstrate the GGH encryption method for asymmetrically encrypted communications. Describes the structure, functionality, graphical part of the program and shows to a user interface. Students can test how the GGH encryption method behave when entering different input values. During the work with the program, the user should obtain sufficient information to understand the principles of this encryption method.
