Analysis of sweet peppers of different geographical origin
Fiala, Petr ; Mikulíková, Renata (referee) ; Diviš, Pavel (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of basic nutritional properties of 26 samples of ground pepper from different countries and evaluates, whether the chemical composition of ground pepper is affected by the geographical origin. The amount of 19 nutritional properties were determined by advanced analytical methodes (ICP-OES, HPLC DAD, HPLC ELSD) together with other laboratory techniques. Final results were statistically processed by the methods of analysis of variance (ANOVA), cluster analysis, principal component analysis (PCA) and discriminant analysis (DA). Statistical evaluation confirmed, that the chemical composition is affected by the geographical origin. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) determined 14 parameters to statistically differ (p
Controlled laboratory supply
Štibraný, Miroslav ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
Master’s thesis deals with design of laboratory supply with precise voltage and current measuring. At the beginning it presents properties, advantages and disadvantages of linear and switching supplies, based on these facts it chooses a linear type of regulator. The design continues with detailed description of power and control analog and digital circuits. The thesis includes description of taking control over the supply from the front panel or through computer. The last part is devoted to measurement results and to presentation of some static and dynamic parameters of the designed supply.
Analysis of experimental ECG
Mackových, Marek ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Ronzhina, Marina (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the analysis of experimental ECG records drawn up in isolated rabbit hearts and aims to describe changes in EKG caused by ischemia and left ventricular hypertrophy. It consists of a theoretical analysis of the problems in the evaluation of ECG during ischemia and hypertrophy, and describes an experimental ECG recording. Theoretical part is followed by a practical section which describes the method for calculating morphological parameters, followed by ROC analysis to evaluate their suitability for the classification of hypertrophy and at the end is focused on classification.
Microcontroller based laboratory kit
Zach, Roman ; Šír, Michal (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis presents the design and construction of microcontroller based laboratory kit. Hardware part describes the wiring of microcontroller based laboratory kit. Software section describes the function of each program.
