The City spa project is situated between a Hotel Voronez and the Svratka River on Porici street. It was designed to provide a pleasant environment for swimming, relaxation, recreation and sport. All happening is oriented inwards to internal atriums and on the island, which is located in the middle of the layout disposition among pools. There is also a cafe, shops, saunas, massage services and an outdoor pool situated on the second floor.

Baths and winter garden are situated in building's upper part, services like hairdresser's, cosmetics and restaurants are available on the ground floor. Car parking lot is underground.
