Home for senior, Chotěboř - Na Koubku

In my diploma thesis I elaborated a project for realization of the building. Its content is a home for the elderly, which is a three-storey building, where the first floor is designed as an operating section with a doctor's surgery, a medical equipment rental and a dining room with a kitchen. The remaining two above-ground floors are designed as 1 + KK or 1 + 1 flats. Each balcony is designed for each apartment. Further, there are nurses on these floors. The building is designed as brickwork made of brick blocks with additional mineral insulation thermal insulation, the roof structure being solved using pre-prestressed concrete reinforced concrete panels Spiroll. The roof is designed from flat sloping wedges.

"Multifunctional House Na Skřivánku in Chotěboř"

The main task of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a project for the construction of a polyfunctional building Na Skřivánek in Chotěboř. The multifunctional house has one underground and 4 aboveground floors. On the underground floor there are premises serving as technical and storage facilities, on the ground floor there is designed two offices - general practitioner and pediatrician in the central part of the floor plan. In one of the outer tracts of the building there is a business area, designed for the operation of a travel agency. There is an apartment for barrier-free use on the ground floor. On the upper floors there is a total of 8 other apartment units ranging from 2 + kk to 2 atypical maisonettes in 3rd-4th floor. Each apartment unit, in addition to the barrier-free, is equipped with a balcony or terrace located on the south side. The basement part of the building is built of concrete slabs of lost formwork, the above-ground wall part of the Porotherm brick system is heat-insulated with a contact insulation system. Ceiling structures are made of pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and filigree panels with superconducting. The roofing of the building is solved by a combination of a flat roof with a vegetation block with extensive green and saddle roofs with a continuous concealed dormer whose supporting function is provided by a wooden purlin roof truss.

Development of Orienteering in Chotěboř

Title: Development of Orienteering in Chotěboř Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to create appropriate conditions for the development of orienteering in Chotěboř. Projects by Development Commision of Czech Orienteering Federation should be realized to accomplish this goal.The first project to be done is designing permanent orienteering course and updating the map Za humny for this project. The second project is organizing a race to celebrate World Orienteerig day. Methods: The work described in the thhesis was carried out based on literature search and my own experiences with organizing and participating in orienteering races. Firstly, the projects to be done had been chosen. Secondly, the task list to fulfill these projects was made. And in the final stage the projects were realized and a report was written. Results: The practical output of this bachelor thesis is an areal of permanent courses Za humny with an updated map with the same name. To celebrate the World Orienteering day, 302 Chotěboř runners assisted with setting a new world record in the number of participants in orienteering events in one day. The diplomatic material of guilds at Havlíčkův Brod area until 1850.

The main task of this thesis is to summarize the diplomatics material of guild corporations at Havlíčkův Brod area into integrated form. Bacause of broad topic, the selection was only focused on the textile craft occurring in this region and especially in deeds. In the introducion the work presents history of the guilds from their beginning to the final downfall - focusing on textile production. It summarizes the genaral situation of the surviving monuments. The edition which is created from deeds issued by these corporations and also by publishers for mentioned guilds - this is the main core of the thesis. The deeds are arranged chronologically according particular guilds and towns. They are completed by diplomatic analysis of internal and external signs and by the final study, which summarizes all the research.
