The topic of this bachelor thesis is processing of a project documentation of a new family house in Nové Město nad Metují. The object is designed as a two-floor house, partly with a cellar. It is projected for 4 persons and its size is 4+1. Ground floor is designed into the shape of uneven „T“, while the first floor takes shape of rectangle. First floor is roofed by a saddle-shaped roof with an inclination of 30°, while the other parts of the object have a flat roof. Surface is made from wooden facade and contact thermal insulation system. Parking place is situated next to the object. The place is roofed together with a part of the first floor by the same flat roof. The construction is made from ceramic blocks and lost formwork. It has got monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings and stairway.

This thesis solves the project of materniti house in moderate terrain. Materniti house is located on the grounds numbers 1475 in the village Jezeřany - Maršovice. The building has two floors. Materniti house is designed for 60 children and 15 employees. Building serves as a pre-school institution for the education of children. The buiding has a load-bearing wall system. The outer walls, load–bearing walls and partitions are from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. Wall is insulated with mineral wool BAUMIT thickness of 100 mm. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow panels Spiroll HCE 250 thickness of 250 mm. The roof of building is part of the aisle, made of wooden trusses with an inclination of 12°. Truss consists of hunter cased sloping roof. The second part of building consists of single-layer flat roof. The facade is part of non-ventilated and ventilated by fiber-cement boards CEMBRIT. Windows are plastic DESIGN by VEKRA. Balcony two-doors are plastic VEKRA CLASITIC VD. Entrance two-doors are wooden VEKRA NATURA 68.

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the apartment building. The apartment building is located in the central part of the city of Brno, in the district of Štýřice. The building has 5 floors. Its basementless with flat roof and it is based on the footings of plain concrete. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and partitions are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. Ceiling construction is designed to be assembled of ceramic ceiling fittings MIAKO built on POT supports. Peripheral walls of all floors are insulated with external thermal insulation composite system ETICS with thermal insulation of mineral wool. In the place of the plinth is wool replaced by XPS polystyrene. In the facade there are anchored wooden lattice constructions using ProPasiv anchors. These constructions are covered by façade cladding sheets CEMBRIT METRO and they devide whole building into separate units. There is housing and communal part of the building. On the first floor there are storage areas, the main service room, utility room and two barrier-free apartments. In the second to the fifth floor there are 9 residential units, one of which is designed as duplex apartment . All floors are connected by staircase and wheelchair lift. Parking for 17 cars is designed in front of the building . Two parking spaces are wheelchair accessible.
Pension with wellness

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of the pension with the possibility of wellness activities, which is located in the village of Holásky, on the level of documentation for the construction. The new building is located in the cadastral area Holásky. It is a three-storey, basement building in the shape of two bounce rectangles with separate parking for visitors to the pension and wellness. The supporting system consists of a reinforced concrete skeletal column system with a ceiling structure made of Spiroll core panels. Porotherm ceramic blocks with contact insulated facade according to ETICS are used for filling masonry. The roof structure is a single-skin flat roof.

The subject of bachelor thesis is the desing of a new apartement building DB1 in the locality of Radostín nad Oslavou. The building has a basement, three floors above ground with a residential attic and a gabled roof. In the basement there is a garage, technical facilities, cellars and storage rooms. There are four living cells in the above-ground part of the building. The apartment on the first floor is barrier-free. The house has a simple rectangular floor plan and is based on foundation strips. The construction system of the building is a wall made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and Miako inserts.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey non-cellar family home with design offices. The object is placed in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town of Polička, k. u. Polička. The House is suitable for permanent living capacity of 5 persons. In the design office can work for up to 3 employees. Entrance to the building is designed as a barrier. The structural system is the brick, ceramic blocks Porotherm. Cladding is leaving the contact insulation system made of EPS. Ceiling construction and internal dividing walls are designed from a system Porotherm. The object consists of roofing flat roof. The facade is in white colour, supplemented by ochre tones. Fill the holes with the plastic, are designed as heat insulating triple glazing, color light beech. The House is equipped with a garage for two cars, for the needs of the design office staff serves a small parking area on a plot near the object.

The main goal of this thesis is elaboration of a project documentation for the building permission of nearly zero energy office building with BIM, and assessment of the designed building by methodology for multicriteria evaluation of buildings. The building is located on a slightly sloped site of former military barracks in Valašské Meziříčí. The building is intended as offices for ENERGIS company. The building has rectangular floor plan (approx. 32 x 22 m). The building has three floors. There is café, reception, technical and storage facilities on the first floor. The second and third foor contain offices, meeting rooms and staff facilities. All floors are wheelchair accessible. The building has a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame and warm flat roof. Infill walls are made of ceramics blocks. The facade wall is covered with ventilated facade with timber cladding.
Wellness pension

The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of project documentation for the construction of wellness pension. This building is designed in a medium sloping terrain on the edge part of the Rajhrad city. The building has 3 floors and garage in the basement. Object is divided into 2 parts, the first part consists a restaurant and 2 floors for temporary accommodation in 14 rooms for 45 customers. The second part consists wellness for accommodated and also for other outside customers. The roof is designed single skin with vegetation area (extensive). The project includes a solution of paved areas and access to the underground garage, fencing, water connection, sewage connection, rainwater conection including a retention tank and overflow into the rainwater sewerage. The construction system of the building is based on reinforced concrete footings connected to foundation strips in the places of the cladding, follow up reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structures, including hidden girders and stairs, are made of monolithic, reinforced concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from POROTHERM ceramic blocks. The vertical structures of the basement are designed from lost formwork. The building's ventilation system is divided into four parts, the first part is for wellness, the second part is for restaurant and pension, third part is for kitchen, last part is for fire protected escape route.
Detached house with the hairdressing saloon in Zdiby

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a polyfunctional detached house with hairdressing salon in Zdiby. The detached house has three above-ground floors and a partial cellarage. There are two housing units in the building, along with the hairdresser’s facility on the ground floor. The facility part is separated from the residential part and it´s operation is provided by the residents. The entrance to the family house is from the north side of the building. The building has a shape composed of rectangular parts and is covered with a single-layer flat roof. Individual rooms are located in the building so that the living rooms are situated mostly to the South, ensuring that they are sufficiently sunny. The detached house is designed from a single masonry system. The vertical constructions are made of Porotherm ceramic pieces. The Spiroll ceiling panel is used for horizontal construction. During processing, emphasis was placed on layout solutions, architectural appearance, statics requirements and safety of use.
Mountain apartment Ružomberok

The subject of the master thesis is the elaboration of part of the project documentation for the construction of a mountain apartment house in the cadastral area of Ružomberok with almost zero energy consumption. The building is designed as a detached building with three above-ground floors and a basement. It is going to be a newly built accommodation facility with lounges, wellness, fitness and a coffee shop located on the upper floors. In the basement of the building there is a collective garage, technical facilities of the building and storage space. The foundation structures, perimeter walls and column support system of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The internal support system in all above-ground floors is designed as masonry of ceramic blocks. Ceiling structures, balconies and loggias are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof of the building is made as a single-ply roof.
