Nature conservation - long distance running; Case study: Mountain race B7 and PLA Beskydy

The diploma thesis tries to look into the issue of conflict between sport and recreation, mass sporting events and nature and landscape protection in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area in the form of a case study dealing with the Beskydská sedmička race, which ranks among the most popular extreme mountain marathons in the Czech Republic. The thesis is also interested in the impact of the race on the nature in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area and the leisure time of tourists in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area. The thesis draws mainly on interviews with the race participants, the race director and the Administration of the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area, and the participant observation method was used for research purposes during the Beskydská sedmička race in 2021. All these methods are then processed by triangulation into individual headings describing the issues of sport in the Beskydy Protected Landscape Area and its possible visions for the future. Geocaching v chráněné krajinné oblasti Beskydy

Thesis describes the state of geocaching phenomena on the protected landscape area Beskydy. It focuses on detailed description of the cache network in the studied area. The theory focused on the terminology and typology of all existing caches is presented and along with the summary of historical evolution in the Czech Republic and other parts of the world. Important facts for hiding geocache in the protected landscape areas and their possible impacts on the landscape are defined. Thesis is composed of theoretical part which describes essential information needed for the experimental part which deals with the analysis of the obtained data. Important outputs and recommendations for Protected Landscape Area Administration Beskydy are presented in the final part the thesis.

Vzdělávací význam naučných stezek v jižní části Chráněné krajinné oblasti Beskydy

This diploma thesis is focused on the educational importance of the nature trails in the southern part of the Protected Landscape Area Beskydy. The first part is devoted to the theoretical overview of rural tourism and, especially, I wrote about the situation of tourism in the area. Then I described PLA Beskydy and also village Zděchov, where the nature trail is located. In the practical part I evaluated a questionnaire, which was focused on finding out how much of knowledge had visitors about the area before they visited the natural trail and after I tried to compare it with knowledge of people who were just about to visit this nature trail and also with people who were outside of this trail.

Bachelor's thesis on topic "Nature protection as a factor in the development of selected territory" is focused on meaning of nature and landscape protection for the development of protected landscape area Beskydy, especially for development of Roznov pod Radhostem and municipality Krasna. Examined territory is situated in the Moravian Silesian region and in the Zlin region. Thesis is focused on defining the nature and landscape protection in Czech Republic, socioeconomic and nature characteristics of the territory. Thesis includes SWOT analysis.

Zpracování alternativního návrhu hospodářských opatření LHP pro LHC "Pátá lesní"‚ část Benešky na léta 2006 - 2015‚ do podoby plného uplatnění ekologického pojetí péče o lesní porosty

Obsahem projektu Zpracování alternativního návrhu hospodářských opatření LHP pro LHC „Pátá lesní“, část Benešky na léta 2006-2015 jsou: všeobecné údaje, zhodnocení růstového prostředí, obecná charakteristika lesa v lokalitě, další charakteristiky, základní strategie hospodaření, návrh opatření, rozpočet, přehled zvýšených nákladů, technická zpráva a přílohy. Podstatou díla je alternativní vypracování části LHP obsahující hospodářská opatření odpovídající účelovému, přírodě blízkému způsobu péče o lesní porosty na lokalitě Benešky. Součástí práce je též ekonomické vyjádření zvýšených nároků této alternativy v porovnání s výnosovým způsobem hospodaření na uvedené lokalitě, odvozené samostatně podle jednotlivých hospodářských opatření, a to na celou platnost LHP, tj. na deset let. Součástí práce je dále hospodářská kniha LHP pro řešené území a grafické vymezení umístění a rozsahu navržených účelových opatření.
