A proposal of production technology of a hinge part
Urbánek, Vojtěch ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
This thesis is aimed on proposal of production technology, NC codes and production of selected hinge part. The theoretical part describes the technologies of milling, surface grinding and hole grinding as technologies used during production and as non-production technologies of CAD/CAM software. Selected production machines and cutting tools are also specified and a technological process is proposed including all the steps and operations for the production of the hinge part. According to the proposed production plan, the work in two different CAM systems for the NC code of the machining center is described. The practical part describes the production on a CNC machining center and grinders. The economic evaluation summarizes material costs, setting production costs and the production and cooperation costs.
A design proposal and prototype production of the part Capodaster
Remer, Radim ; Chladil, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with manufacturing of an own capo prototype design with the help of the machining. Further focus is on the used CAD, CAM and milling technologies. The final part of the bachelor thesis is focused on an achieved results and an economic evaluation.
Possibilities of the CAM software PowerMILL 2018 for machining of a component for a firearm
Drmota, Josef ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis deals with possibilities of the CAM software PowerMILL 2018 for machining of a component for a firearm. The thesis consists of a research focused on the issue of combined firearms, the specification of the part the thesis deals with and the analysis of the materials used. The practical chapters solve component clamping, tool selection and subsequent elaboration of the NC programs. At the end of the thesis there is shown the simulation of machinig including collison control.
Robotic machining of composite materials
Rubišar, Václav ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the robotic machining of composite materials. It is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on detailed introduction of the term “an industrial robot” and a description of its controls, types of the robots, types of their propulsion and programming methods. Furthermore, there is a list of CAM softwares with its specification designed for both conventional machining and machining by using a robot. It also includes the introduction of composite materials and specification of their machining. The practical part deals with selection of appropriate type of bracket spindle by using a simulation software, suction design and economic evaluation of two types of machining in manufacture.
On the milling technology at a machining center with the VoluMill method
Kakáč, Martin ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with technological preparation of the production at a CNC machining center, equipped with FANUC control system. In cooperation with company AB KOMPONENTY s.r.o. has been used CAM software GibbsCAM and its extensions VoluMill. The first chapter is devoted to the basic properties of aluminum, aluminum alloys and their using in the industry. Furthermore, the chip foramtion in milling is analysed. The following is an analysis of trochoidal milling and research of CAM systems VoluMill and iMachining - systems based on a medium thickness of chip in rough milling opeartions. Next part deals with the design production process of the selected component, the choice of the blank and the processing of the control program with the VoluMill method for this component. The last chapter of the thesis is focused on the techno-economic evaluation for a given number of pieces and individual production technology.
