Entrepreneurial Intention of Business Development

This Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an entrepreneurial intention of business development processing. The first part is focused on a theoretical introduction, basic terms, information and methods. The second part deals with a current situation of company, an analysis of the current situation and also with assessment of company’s financial health. The last part consists of project feasibility assessment and my own suggestions to improve company‘s financial position by using the new business plan.

The Development Strategy Proposal of Small Company

The thesis focuses on development strategy in a family business operating in the IT market and analyses both external and internal factors of the monitored company. The development strategy is based on the company current position in the market and on set objectives. The development strategy emphasizes marketing and financial aspects and also treats the time horizon of its implementation.

The Risk Evaluation of the Proposal for Development of the Company Operating on the Fuel Market

This thesis deals with the evaluation of risks of business development proposals ZEVOS a.s. acting on the fuel market. The thesis is divided into three main parts, the first part describes the theoretical knowledge. In this section are shown and described methods of dealing with the internal and external surroundings of the company. In the second part, which deals with the analytical part, the methods used to assess the current situation in the market where the company operates. The third part provides a proposal for the development of business solutions and financial investment return.
