Cost analysis of building objects

This diploma thesis deals with analyzing the total prices of the primary budget costs of family houses and creating budget indicators, which are always related to the enclosed area, the built-up area, and the floor area. The theoretical background contains definitions of terms from budgeting and construction of family houses. In the practical part, budget indicators relating to basic budget costs, budget chapters, and components of the calculation formula are created.
The Suggestion for Finance Management Improvement in the Village Zasova

This bachelor's thesis studies the financial situation of village Zasova in years 2002 – 2006 using selected methods of the financial analysis. The financial analysis evaluate the past, present, and the hypothetic future of the financial management of the village. The results of this work are the proposals for possible solutions that should lead to the improvement of financial situation of the village future years.

The last part deals with the possible utilization of the economic result for improvement of the municipality of Stará Turá.

Structure and funding of Czech Volleyball Federation

Subject: Structure and funding of Czech Volleyball Federation Objectives: The main topic of this thesis is to analyze formation, development and structure of Czech Volleyball Federation (CVF). Further study its operation based on CVF legal form as a civil society organization, closely discuss its funding and outline how sports federations work and where the money for their activities come from. Methods: In the bachelor thesis I have used method of descriptive analysis of the available documentation from the Czech Volleyball Federation. Budget analysis to examine, enumerate and give closer perspective of individual CVF budget chapters and also interviews with President of Economic commission and CVF methodology coordinator. Results: Conclusion of this work is the finding that the Czech Volleyball Federation is primarily based on the draft budget, which is adjusted in the following period. Within designing, the budget is usually set smaller than is actually used to functioning of federation. In individual years budget can vary greatly due to international events held within the Czech Republic but the budget is eventually almost always balanced. Filling budget on concrete conditions of municipality Ondřejov

Municipalities are public corporation, which have their own property and they manage according it to their own budget. The aim of this thesis is a municipal budget analysis. In the theoretical part I describe the municipality especially its scope and authorities. Municipal management is divided into the financial management and property management. I also define a controlling and accounting reform of public finance, which occured in a year 2010. In the practical part I present the village Ondřejov and I analyse its budget management in years 2006 -- 2010. Analysis is focused on budget receipts, budget expenditures, result of economy and village indebtedness.
