Electricity Meters Utilization for Advanced Monitoring and Control of the Power Distribution Systems
Bernát, Jan ; Pithart, Jan (referee) ; Drápela, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with a research of static meters manufactured nowadays usable in systems of smart metering. Static meters and their functions are described in terms of their internal organization, metrology and wiring. Emphasis is given to the description of new functions (detailed measuring, calendar, disconnector, communications etc.) which could not be used with induction meters and to requirements for measuring, for expenditure control, for safety of meters and for the concept description of smart grids. In a practical part of the thesis particular systems of smart metering will be described – AMR, AMM, AMI and their advantages and benefits during their deployment. The thesis includes also a catalogue of meters usable for smart metering, which is based on available information from particular producers. The final part of this thesis gives information about a pilot project of ČEZ company and about another possible functions of smart meters which could be of use in the future.
Biological Signal Generator
Kadeřábek, Jan ; Čech, Petr (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
This semestral thesis describes signal EKG, it’s origin, evaluation and device for his generation. After identification with standard course of EKG signal, was such as signal created in program language Matlab. It’s consisting of 10 sinus courses, where each of them has it’s own frequence, start phase and amplitude. Each of this part of EKG signal is beat frequence variant. Rates of it’s durations and sizes were fixed from medicin literature. Such as created program were rewritten to program language C and is basic of main program, which control signal processor. Finally was propoused preparation, which will be generated this signal. Outcome of this thesis is teoretic treatise about signal EKG, created program for generation of this course include part control and machine doing realization of biological courses.
Defibrillator
Kubů, Veronika ; Rampl, Ivan (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is devided to six thematic areas. At the beginning we deal with the anatomy of the heart, as it is especially important for a good understanding of cardiac muscle activity. In the following part I summarize the heart activity in terms of both biological and of electrical activity, that occurs during its operations. Furthermore, it is necessary to analyze the potentially dangerous conditions occurring during heart aktivity and their solutions with the help of electrical discharge and without it. The most important part of the whole work is a defibrillator itself. First, I summarize the theoretical knowledge and then I focus on the design of an external defibrillator, a device intended for use by professional medical personnel or by the general public. Finally, it is important to note warnings resuting from manipulating with electrical current.
Numerical Integration .NET Graphical Editor
Kučera, Martin ; Kunovský, Jiří (referee) ; Šátek, Václav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the numerical solution of systems of first-order differential equations with initial conditions, using chosen one-step methods. It describes the design, implementation and testing of the application that is able to use these methods to solve the tasks entered in form of block schemes. The first part is devoted to an introduction of the topic, it provides an example of calculation of several steps using chosen methods and compares the results. A substantial part of the report deals with form and function of each block used in the block schemes editor and the transformation process of input data to data usable for creating simulation. The penultimate chapter demonstrates the accuracy of the final application. It shows solutions of a few simple examples of practical usage. This chapter also includes comparison with other simulation systems.
