Haša J. Evaluation of the financial situation of construction company PB SCOM Ltd. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2017. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of construction company PB SCOM Ltd. and to make suggestions based on gleaned results for its improvements. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical part, which presents the theoretical prerequisites for the creation financial analysis and a practical part, which includes application of financial analysis methods to specific data of the company for years 2011 to 2015. Based on the results are defined the problematic areas on which are proposed specific solutions.

This diploma thesis deals with insolvency proceedings, respectively one of the methods of solving insolvency, ie bankruptcy. The thesis is based on valid legal regulation, ie Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and methods of its solution (insolvency law), comments on gradual amendments to the insolvency law and analyzes the changes brought about by the last amendment of 2017. The practical part deals with the process of bankruptcy in practice and seeks to analyze financial statements using financial models to predict the approaching bankruptcy of the company or whether it is possible to derive recommendations for falling companies based on the findings.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of Renocar for the period 2011-2015. The objective is to assess the overall financial position of the company using appropriate instruments. The methodological part is focused on description of methods of financial analysis, which will be applied to Renocar in the practical part. The conclusion includes a summary of the company's financial position over the reporting period and recommendations for the future.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of CNM textil a. s. during this period: 2011 - 2015. Another aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate financial situation and to forecast future development of this company. The methodical part summarizes procedures that are used in the analytical part. The analytical part consists of horizontal and vertical analysis, calculation of ratio indicators and comparison with direct competitors and testing the financial health with bankruptcy and creditworthy models. In the last part of this bachelor thesis the short term financial plan is made. The short term financial plan includes a planned profit and loss statement and a planned balance sheet.

In the opening part of the thesis the methods of financial analysis are discussed, which will then be applied to the company and its selected competitors. The thesis consists of horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models, economic value added and SWOT analysis. Afterwards the data is evaluated and at the end there is their overall summary.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of a retail chain Penny Market s. r. o. The thesis is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part methods and indicators of a financial analysis are explained, which are applied in the second part on publicly accessible data from financial statements. To these methods and indicators belong absolute indicators, various financial ratios and bankruptcy prediction models. The financial analysis is conducted in the period of 2011 to 2015 and some of the figures are compared with those of the industry. At the end of the thesis a SWOT analysis is conducted.
