3D Optical Measuring Systems Suitable for Metal Forming Technologies
Jelínek, Dan ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The project deals with use of 3D measuring systems operating with non-contact sensors in forming technologies. After the research of means to evaluate formability of materials, there are listed several important distributors of 3D metrology and described some of their measuring systems. Systems that are most usable in forming sphere are ARAMIS and ARGUS developed by German company GOM. These systems are often used for measuring of static and dynamic tests. Specifically for establishing values of major and minor strain, detection of critical areas, optimization of forming processes, measurement of thickness reduction or verification of numerical simulations. They can also depict forming limit diagrams, which can be useful in forming practise. Last part contains evaluation of specific measurement using GOM Correlate software.
The importance of the deformation necks in forming
Kučera, Radek ; Podaný, Kamil (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of the research themed deformation necks in forming technology. Particular methods of spreading of the deformation necks are described in this thesis. The advantages and disadvantages are reviewed also as its use in practice. Moreover comparison of the most used methods of spreading of deformation necks had been carried out. Further the connection of deformation necks and forming limit diagram had been stated. The thesis also presents summary of the automated methods of deformation necks analysis.
Sheet metal drawing and its verification by computer simulation
Něnička, Filip ; Kopřiva, Miloslav (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
This thesis engages on the differences between the numerical simulations of sheet metal drawing process performed using AutoForm software from AutoForm Engineering, Swiss company and actual results measured using non-contact measurement system Argus from German GOM company. This work used DC06 material (whose mechanical properties were determined at Technical University of Liberec) for comparison. The calculated results of simulations were compared to measured results of actual plate thickness.
