The aim of this thesis named 'Financial analysis of PENAM corporation' is to make a complex evaluation of financial situations of the enterprise between years 2008 and 2012, find its strengths or weaknesses and compare the findings with industry. In the theoretical part there are described methods and processes of calculation of financial analysis (analysis of absolute, differential and relative indicators, balance rules, economic normals, decomposition of peak indicators, EVA, creditworthy and bankruptcy models ). In the practical part there are individual methods of financial analysis applied on PENAM corporation and comments on the results. The conclusion includes summarization and evaluation of financial situations of the enterprise.

Practical part rests on application of chosen methods of economical/financial analysis on Asseco Solutions corporation.
