	Design of application supporting methodology Management by Competencies Veselka, Jiří ; Buchalcevová, Alena (advisor) ; Mittner, Jan (referee) This bachelor thesis aims to study manager methodology Management by Competencies and design application to support making of strategic decisions based on this methodology. Necessary and very important first part is description of the methodology itself; however, the focus of the thesis lies in the analysis of potential of its application support. On the basis of this assignment the work identifies requirements and describes application functions using use-case models. According to these models an application architecture, class and data design are suggested.
