The theme of the design is to create a main entrance building to the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Palacky University, which is situated between the city and landscape. The new design of the entrance building has the opportunity to give the faculty its own new identity, not just as a place for students but also for public.

The entrance space of the Palacky University campus in Olomouc is based on surrounding landscape and nature. It creates representative spaces for the university and also increases the potential of the future attractivity of the area between the landscape an the city in the context of the green recreational axis of Olomouc.
