Robot vision and 3D image acquiring
Arnošt, David ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Master´s thesis is describing basic concepts in machine vision. Used camera systems and possible imaging 2D and 3D are described. Practical part deals with constructin of scanning device with linear actuator, conveyor belt, camera and laser. For experimental use is construction of scanning device made for 2D and 3D image using several methods.
Vision of recording device for stereoscopic picture
Jelínek, Tomáš ; Karásek, David (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
We have a chance to live in one of greatest age in technical improvement, especially information technology. In this age, the time plays power full part. Five years in IT is in compare with humans life a like a full one generation. We can only speed up or speed down this improvement. And a human life improvement? It makes simpler just a technics. In the beginning it was necessity when a human was substituted by technics. Later it helps and salving. And in a top when human don’t need, when it don’t solve but especially in this time when people are in comfort of anything pushed by himself to searching new experience right in this part of life the technics upgrade and makes comfortable living. Right in this chapter pertain this theme which you may follow up in this project.
Design of game console
Sedláček, Michal ; Křenek, Ladislav (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze and design game console and its control. The goal was to join suitable technical achievements with aesthetics and manufacturability. Design should continue in evolution of current game consoles and bring new ideas and innovations into this sphere.
Trainable Methods for Automatic Biomedical Image Processing
Uher, Václav ; Tučková,, Jana (referee) ; Brezany, Peter (referee) ; Burget, Radim (advisor)
This thesis deals with possibilities of automatic segmentation of biomedical images. For the 3D image segmentation, a deep learning method has been proposed. In the work problems of network design, memory optimization method and subsequent composition of the resulting image are solved. The uniqueness of the method lies in 3D image processing on a GPU in combination with augmentation of training data and preservation of the output size with the original image. This is achieved by dividing the image into smaller parts with the overlay and then folding to the original size. The functionality of the method is verified on the segmentation of human brain tissue on magnetic resonance imaging, where it overcomes human accuracy when compared a specialist vs. specialist, and cell segmentation on a slices of the Drosophila brain from an electron microscope, where published results from the impacted paper are overcome.
